Robin is so knowledgeable about curly hair and was so willing to share her knowledge. You know she’s a real one when you are here to do more expensive treatments and spend money on products but she keeps it real about your hair quality and gives you what you need instead of what you want! She could’ve taken advantage of me but didn’t. She was reassuring and made me feel better about my loosening curls. The price was steep at $125 for a single cut, but she suggested coming in once or twice a year. Worth the investment, my curls are popping from just a trim! Thanks Curl Doc!!!

Robin was amazing!!!!! I have been looking for a curly hair specialist for the past two years, I am so glad I found her! She gave me some really great pointers for starting on my hair care journey and also a really great trim. Best experience i've ever had.

I had an amazing experience with Robin!! She listened to my hair goals, took her time, was professional and friendly and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I was nervous but she immediately made me feel welcome and safe being in her hands. I love my new cut and so does every one else!! Will def be back for touch ups :-))

Robin did an amazing job on my damaged hair & helped restore my curls. I will definitely be going back. She talks you through the process and explains why your hair is damaged- in my case heat & dye- and provides a solution as well.

Best hair stylist I have ever had cut my hair. Robin helped me love my hair again, definitely recommend. She listened to my individual needs/wants and cut my hair exactly how I envisioned it!

Robin was nice but this was the worst haircut (and most expensive) I’ve ever had! Way shorter and totally different style than the picture I brought in, multiple long strands missed in the back, and abruptly ended the appointment without asking if I liked it, styling it at all (no products) or letting me get a good look. She didn’t even brush off all of the cut hair that had gotten on my face and neck so I realized it looked like I had a 5:00 shadow. So disappointed! Having to find another stylist to do some damage control and hoping it grows back enough to not look horrible on my wedding day next spring.

I’m very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment in late December and paid a deposit 4 months in advance (April) and then shortly after lost my job due to covid. Less than a week later (Jan 2) I contacted them about canceling and getting $40 deposit back and they flat out refused. I had to attempt contacting them 4 times before getting a response and that took over a month. They have 3 months to book and yet they refuse to refund the deposit. I will never go here and will be warning other curly haired folks to stay away.

update based on company response: their booking tool allowed me to book in a time they’re apparently not available. I had no idea there were any not-book able times. I don’t know them like that. I just booked the next available. Their site shouldn’t allow anyone to book when they have no services available. They shouldn’t keep $40 when I made a mistake based on their faulty website service. Basically thievery, and check their “professional” response.
