We usually find buying a new vehicle to be a hassle. Matt Eaton and Scism Ford made it easy. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. At no time was there pressure to buy. We got a fair price on our trade in and paid a fair price for our vehicle. And we have always been impressed with their service department. We truly believe in shopping local first. And in this case it definitely paid off. It was a pleasurable buying experience.

Tim was awesome. He got me a great deal. I was going to buy a much lesser quality truck until he showed me a much better deal. The whole dealership was very nice and accommodating. I use a cane and they offered to bring my car right to the door. Finance guy is outstanding.

Saturday we went to Sam Scism just to look at trucks for my grandson. We worked with two awesome salesmen Brock Boren and Matt Easton. They were so great they made sure we understood everything about the truck as well as they explained everything about our trade in. They told us the facts and didn't lie.
We have dealt with both of them for two other vehicles in the past. They stayed right with us and made sure my grandson was happy with his decision of his new 2023 Ford F150. My grandson had no idea that he would walk out with the dream of his life for now.
Once they were done and things were complete to where they turned us over to Ricardo Guzman the finance person. We have worked with him before too. Ricardo realized one thing wasn't in our paperwork so he told us and then paperwork was all signed.
All of the guys went out of their way to make sure we was satisfied with everything. Both my son who has purchased two vehicles with the help of these three men and now my 19 year old grandson said they will never buy from any other dealership. If I hear someone say they are wanting a vehicle I tell them to go to Scism they won't be disappointed and make sure they ask for Matt or Brock they are the best.

I have to give praise to the 2 employees have had contact with so far Ashley the receptionist who is patient understanding and kept me connected with my service adviser Miracle who amazed me .She had my car in had it diagnosed and had my warranty approved for maximum coverage within 20 hours this was a big job not a small one and I was very nervous about it And she even pulled my car back same day I towed it there four days before my appointment..Then she locked in my warrenty coverage within 20 hours.That takes skills and shows she's working hard to get the best care for your car.I wouldn't go anywhere else.Great service overall In times when it's hard to find employees with this kind of dedication.Sam Sism you have great assests with Miricale and Ashley working key positions .Congratulations for hiring the best customer care personel. Our experience with this dealership was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our salesman, Matt, was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicles available. He went over and above to get us into the perfect car for the newest driver in our household. Amy handled our Financial paperwork with her expert and efficient knowledge. The entire process was. Quick, seamless, and pleasant. We arrived at the lot at 1:30 PM, and we were driving off with our new car by 4 PM that day.

Just purchased a brand new 2022 ford edge! I had an amazing experience. Tim was a phenomenal sales man, and Ed really made the process comforting and easy. Aimee was my finance lady and she was very thorough in explaining everything to me, and making sure I understood it all!
