The Factory Diner Park Hills

The service was amazing. Our server was so kind and kept us smiling. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Overall, it was a wonderful place to eat at and I can confidently say I'll be returning in the future!

Good food. Went for breakfast. Cheap. Service was great. Street parking is kinda tight but they have parking in the back that is better.

We always get an awesome meal here, the omelets are delicious and the food plentiful, will eat here again when visiting.

Hailey is truly the underdog at this establishment. She works hard and loves what she does. Whenever Hailey is working it lights up the whole restaurant. Would eat here every day if I could! The food is good too. Gobbless

The food was absolutely delicious. Service was ok as well. Just wish she would have checked on us more often so we could have gotten ketchup and a drink refill, but overall, absolutely delicious.

This is the third time I’ve eaten at this restaurant with three different meals. All of them fantastic with Midwestern style hospitality. Highly recommend it.

Great place to eat if your starving. Great atmosphere and diffantly will not be leaving there hungry! Great portion sizes.

We reserved the banquet room in the back for my daughter's baby shower, we could not be happier with the set up they did, the food was very good & staff was very friendly! We definitely will be coming back for sure!

My wife and I go here every Friday for a brunch date. We have always received the highest quality of service and food when visiting here. The waitresses have all got to know us and have become very friendly. The food we have ordered always comes to our table looking very nice and as hot as it can possibly be. I would recommend the Factory Diner Park Hills to all of my friends and family.

I've been to this location as well as the maple Valley area location. I always stick with the same menu item and it has never disappointed. I get the veggie breakfast skillet and I add ham to it. It's wonderful. I've been on several occasions with people who order other menu items and they all looked great as well. They aren't always a quick in and out option but that's not how a diner should be. If that's an option you need I've used their carryout before and it's quick and always accurate.

All five stars are because Hailey is the best server to ever exist. Sad she's not here more.
