McDonald's

This isn't my home town McDonald's, we stopped to grab a bite after a day of appointments out of town.

As usual, we ordered thru the mobile app. The drive thru area was very clean and well manicured. This location was much faster than my normal location. The staff was very friendly.

My kid loves the chicken nugget happy meals, but the employees often forget to put my sauce in the bag. They act like it's going to be taken out of their check for more sauce! If I spend 6$ on 20pc nuggets I don't see why getting more than 2 sauces is a big deal for them! Most of their workers are friendly. Also one day I went there and they gave us all the food but had me pull to spot 1 for a French Vanilla Latte! LITERALLY HAD TO WAIT IN SPOT ONE FOR 1 DRINK. I hate the dark colors they have painted the place. It's mostly a children's place but the whole building is grey. Does not feel like the happy place it was when I was a child!

Tables were dirty, but while ordering at the kiosk me and my boyfriend were helped immediately! We were given our cups, and they were fast when handing out the food:)

Awesome place, friendly service, what impressed me was my free orange Fanta & cream chz cherry pie, but more importantly the section at the back of the restaurant with the coolest light up tables, plug in power banks and universal seating. Its a area specifically for getting on wifi on your phone or laptop or anything requiring a plug in. (10+ outlets) I completed an entire history report there while munching down on some yummy nuggets! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!!!! Thanks guys! I loved my side of complimentary pickles;) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

One of the nicer places I go to. And the drive thur is good. There is a guy in back window that always makes me and my family laugh, and is so kind. He is one of the best drive thur workers that seem to care for his customers. He makes eye contact and truly seems to enjoy seeing us.

Jacob was outstanding. Showed up at 10:58, not realizing they close at 11. Once i realized, offered to just cancel the order. He insisted, saying it's us that pay his wages. He got the order perfect and was in a great mood. I own a business, and wish the world had more Jacobs.

One of the only McDonald’s that doesn’t mess up your order. 9/10 my food is always fresh! Makes it almost impossible not to eat on the way home

My husband and I went in to have dinner at the Desloge restaurant. A young man by the name of Hunter came out to the dining room and made sure our food was correct and was very pleasant. He made us feel welcome.

This is by far the best and nicest location that I've ever been too in a very long time. I had an order for 28 McChickens. All were hot, freshly made, and made neatly (toppings not just thrown on the sandwiches) . The staff was extremely busy but nice

Exactly what you want for a McDonald’s

Food was hot n good. Place had kids Christmas coloring pages on walls, was nice to see.

We love our Desloge McD family. They are fast, clean, efficient at carry out and inside. We eat breakfast most every morning. I've never had an order wrong. Wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking and kid friendly.

My favorite location to get McDonald’s from!

I visit the arches every morning for my favorite drink if all tine... the caramel frappe. Large please( maybe 2). Later that day I'm buying meals to feed the kiddos which they always prepare correctly. It always surprises me how fast the lines progress in the drive thru, swift efficient, and yummy!

It's known as a fast food chain well the one in desloge were very efficient I was expecting at least a 5 minute wait but wini I would say my order was ready
Plus the employee brought my food on a tray right to me and said my food was ready also the staff were very polite to their customers

Although my food was bad, I called and manager made good on it. Said to come in and he would replace my meal.

Staff was courteous and quick. Super friendly even when it was bumper to bumper in the drive through,and lobby.

The grandkids love the happy meals.well they toy 🪀
