Econo Lodge Town Center

For an over the road truck driver, finding a very comfortable and welcoming place is very nice. The staff greeted me as I entered the building. They were very hospitable and accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean affordable room with polite staff.

The rest of the econo lodges need to follow suit. The entire front desk staff is amazing. No matter what time I visit here they are above and beyond the greatest I have ever seen even better then five star hotels. They put the customers first. They are following the same personality as the owner who is phenomenal as well. I wouldn't spend my weekends anywhere else. It's money well spent, if you are looking to stay somewhere and be treated like a human being this is the place. I can honestly say this hotel you are going to recieve 5 star service. Location is awesome it's near everything. If you have a problem just let them know and they will fix it immediately. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

Nice service, fair price. Didn't see no bugs. Beds very clean, bathroom also. Totally recommending.

Had problems in the past here but decided to give it another chance. Staff had been kind and helpful and the room was clean, including fresh linen that I can still smell the detergent and bleach in. I had on yellow socks and as of walking around the room they are still yellow. One of the cheapest local, few minute drive from the beach... No complaints this time. Happy to change my post and giving them a higher rating. If you like the woods too as I do, and ability to escape the city's life there is an opening in the fence out back into the woods behind as well. Not much of a trail but still pretty and calming. Hint: they have both smoking and non smoking rooms. First stay here was nasty. Cleaning woman was rude and the room wasn't even clean. However, I think we were in a smoking room last time. Maybe they got a new cleaning person or... Well, any way you look at it. I had a much better stay this time through.

Price was reasonable, the rooms were very clean and in nice condition. The door was in rough shape but still closed and locked just fine. They provided soap, shampoo, and towels. Also a free breakfast. This was my first ever hotel experience and I am happy with my stay. I'll definitely be back to this hotel. Thanks again!

Absolutely great stay. Ms. Davis at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating!! Housekeeping was helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and it was quite. Thank you again lady's!!

It was an alright over-night. The rooms are somewhat stale with previous odors in the air. My room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non -smoking. The location is pretty convenient seeing that its right off the interstate going toward lynnhaven on i264 eastbound. It's connected on Bonney rd to the corner of Rosemont road. The service was good and employees friendly. But the rooms could use better care or renovation.

If you need the only place left in Virginia Beach, well... Room was infested with bugs the kind that want to go home with you. Asked for can of spray was advised locked up.. store nearby. So buy your own....

A hidden paradise! This home made me feel very welcome from the moment I checked in. The rooms are clean, the entire staff including housekeepers are ALL wonderful. Feels like a family here. Even the Rite Aid and Gas station make you feel special. After all that I went thru, I'm pleased to say the beds felt amazing!

Extremely happy with the experience, especially considering the price. The room gets a 5 star. I'd give the employee's a 3.5, they we're having a lot of unprofessional, loud side conversations and poorly presented. I recommend being a little more strict on their shoe dress code.

Very pleasant staff. The room was very clean. We had the king bed room and it has a lot of space. Near by shops so if u don't have a car it's a great place to stay

Misbooked my stay and was charged a no show fee, which was the price of the room. The manager was not there when I called to see what could be done to fix the situation. He called me back when he could and he was very accomodating. The rooms there are clean and the staff is friendly.

I stayed at this Econo Lodge and the recently updated rooms are very nice. The Representative at the front desk is very personable and the General Manager Vic is nice and very helpful. I am here from Georgia and I am thankful that I chose to stay with this Econo Lodge. The staff are by far the best of the best. Thanks Everyone that is making my stay perfect.

The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The prices are good , and it's very quiet.

Nice lady at front desk, room is actually very nice, A/C works well, all lights work, and I like the vinyl flooring better than carpet, so very good for me.

Had to cancel due to last minute plans changing and called them up. Polite customer service and allowed a full refund for our booking. No hassle or any inconvenience at all. Thank you!

For a cheaper motel chain this was actually a good stay. Comfy beds, clean rooms, and great service! Would stay again!

This place is safe to rest your head and an overall good staff.Its near town center and alot more chill then the oceanfront itselfs.I like it. I wish more of the east coast cheap hotles where like this.lol I can't believe it.

Everyone was very nice, kept clean, and economical. May not look great but was a great stay.
