The employess at the front desk are amazing! Serving so many Eagle residents has to be exhausting and at times very overwhelming. They know many of their customers by name and always willing to assist in getting the mail and packages. I admire and thank them for what they do.

USPS does keep this office under staffed, however, the staff are always pleasant, willing to help, and offer kindness. They work through the line when picking up packages rather quickly. They have a good working system, and I’d love to see the reviews work their way back up because 2 stars is rough and solidly untrue.

For eleven years, we used this Post Office for our business and personal mail. We always found the personnel to be friendly and helpful. They are very understaffed for the level of service they must give, since there is no USPS delivery to speak of in the area. Today, I had to call the office for help with a mail forwarding issue. Sam was very courteous, understanding of my issues, and helpful. Bryan and Sue have also been just super. Here is a big "Thank You!" to everyone in the Eagle Post office!

I have nothing but great things to say. The staff here has always been very helpful and friendly. Sue was excellent at welcoming us to Eagle and helping set up out PO Box. I also feel like the line always looks long but moves FAST!

They have never lost my package, I have never had a problem sending anything (even out of the country) and it is understandable that people get feisty at times. When you are overworked, work with the same short handed staff everyday and have to go through a holiday season like the postal service, it is no wonder they can be a little short and grumpy. I happen to like this post office no matter how dreary it can get. Everybody keeps saying how scary or unpleasant the place is but the way I see it is as follows: there's no bats that work at the post office, just hedgehogs who might grunt and sound frightening from a far but once you approach and get to know the routine there, everything is a calm and just fine with the exception of an occasional prickle from their spines. Don't let the comments below discourage you! Step inside and see what you will find! Five stars!

Can't thank these people enough! They went above and beyond the call of duty in helping track down my son's Christmas packages. He had given me the wrong PO box number after moving there. The Post Master was kind, helpful and beyond awesome. Thank you so much for saving Christmas!!

Friendly service and a professional atmosphere. Patient and understanding staff even when dealing with rude members of the public.

Typical post office not sure what I can say that would be new or different from any other post office. The People who work here are really nice.

This location has always worked well for me and the employees are polite. The wait depends on the time of day.

Staff are the best ever! Huge problem in being way understaffed. Eagle has grown exponentially, but the USPS Administration does nothing to expand as the community grows!

People are very helpful! These people are working hard and treated horribly by most people because they cannot bend the rules. They are a government run facility. They must do things by the book. In eagle you cannot ship usps to a house. That's not their fault, it's yours, for not double checking.

Use your brain. Go in with the additude of how can we make this work and know that not everything is under their control. By doing this, I have never had a problem. They always help me find a solution simply because I treat them like a human being. You say they are grumpy? Try being yelled at every day, about things you have no control over. I have seen so many people going off on them because their ups package says arrived but isn't there. Here's a hint... Ups delivers to your door. Congrats on telling someone off when you have no idea what you're talking about. I would also like to add, packages get lost and yelling at someone who has told you they are going to look for it as soon as they close is not a way to inspire motivation in that person. Also, if I was in their shoes, every package you ever receive would go missing. Try being a decent human being and realize that sometimes things go wrong. If you have treated them poorly in the past, perhaps try mending fences to stop the negative cycle. People can hold grudges for years.

Counter associates are pleasant and helpful. It is a tough job, particularly now. And they do it with a smile. I appreciate their efforts.
