Fantastic shop with even better customer service. Fixed our bracelets on the spot and you can tell they care about what they do and their clients. We have taken our watches, necklaces, and more to be repaired and/upgraded. Usually our pieces are ready with in n a day pr two. We love J. William Jewlers and highly reccomend it!

I recently won a gift card for here. When we went everyone was very pleasant and helpful for the most part. Prices are a bit expensive compared to other retail jewelers. However, they remade a necklace from a design given and the end result was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking to support a local jeweler I would recommend here they will definitely do their best to get you whatever you are looking for.

I can not express how happy and grateful I am to J. William Jewelers. I brought in a very old ring in need of repair. The band is 10 karat, and the stone not real, but it had belonged to my late mother. So to me, priceless. They listened to my story, did the repairs, did 3 fittings to get it right for me. They handled my ring the same as if it was worth $1000.00. The entire staff was wonderful. I have already recommended them.

The selection is good. Plus the Owner along with Wendy and the rest of the staff are kind and friendly. You'll be dealing with good people and service! Nice to have a stand out jewelry store without having to go to a mall.

They do great repair work and sizing, at reasonable prices and their jewelry is very tasteful without being over costly.

We had our wedding bands resized and they did a fantastic job! They have a nice variety of jewelry available for purchase. If you need a watch battery, this is the place to go.

Just went to this store for a Fossil watch replacement battery. The people working there all had amazing personalities and knowledge!! The price of the battery and installation were also very good!! J Williams will always be my favorite Jewelry store! 👍👍👍

Has always been our go to Jewelry store. Have gone to others in the past but J Williams has it all. Service, integrity and most of all their personal attention to detail in every purchase.

John and his staff are outstanding! My wife and I have purchased many items from him over the years. This store is everything you could want in a jeweler. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. You get none of the pushy sales tactics as in the mall stores. On the other hand, his prices easily compete with the big chain stores. Skip the mall and support a local business.
