Amy knew what she was doing, and did so with patience and kindness. I really dislike tech change, in fact I haven’t set foot in a Verizon store in over 9 years, I can think of a million better things to do rather than upgrade my phone. I just want things to work, and roll on with real life. Amy acknowledged everyone that came in timely, she was the only one working on rather big tasks for myself and other customers, and still helped even more people that had simpler issues without making them wait until my drama was over, and without making them feel unimportant. Customer Service in this town is lacking as a whole, but I can report that Amy earned more than her pay this Monday!

The store manager Alex was so great to work with! She helped beyond means in our situation and we couldn’t have left Verizon happier. This was our fastest time making it in and out of a Verizon store - the customer service was excellent!

I have gone to Victra for years for any and all of my Verizon services but last night was the best one yet. I lost my phone while leaving another business in town and after checking back with that store to no avail, I headed straight to Victra. Amy, the clerk at Victra, was so patient with me and assisted me with everything. I had told her that I had to have a replacement before I left town, but she went the extra yard and helped me to locate my lost phone. I can't say enough about their customer service and their patience.

If you are going through Verizon in North Platte NE.. Come to This Location!! They sincerely Appreciate You and Care about making sure you get Quality Service.. Do Not Go to the North Platte NE Corporate Store!! This Verizon Store is on Dewey St & F easy to find and you will receive Actual Good Service from Verizon.. My overall experience was great! The store Manager Alex, she is extremely helpfull! as well as the store associate Jasmine too! And I recommend this location period.FRFR y'all..keep up the excellent work

Alexandra was so friendly, patient, explained things very well. She was extremely helpful explaining the devices, processes on purchase of a new device, explaining all the paperwork, what each thing meant, making sure i understood everything. Made me feel confident tgey would be willing to help me set up things if i struggled. TRULY one of the best experiences I've ever had with verizon!

The rep was the manager from holdrege (Shilo J). She was a very understanding and pleasing person to work with. She helped me with all of my needs and explained everything about my new phone and my plan that I am on. I would definitely work with her again!

I didn’t previously know about this store until someone recommended it to me. So I went to this store instead of the corporate Verizon. I purchased three phones at one time and had a ton of questions. This staff (Lionel and Kayleigh) were very patient and helpful. They went the extra mile to help me get the deal and plans I desired. Top notch experience!

Shannon always does a great job of taking care of our needs while greeting other customers as they come in. We all feel welcome and know our business is important no matter how small it may be.

I upgraded my phone and my wife’s phone to the iPhone 12’s and tried taking care of switching the numbers over myself, messed everything up. Went into Verizon and Kylie helped me get everything set up and working and even helped pick out some cases! Very knowledgeable and a kind representative.

The screen on my phone was broken so I went in to have it repaired because I have insurance. Kylie was so helpful that I ended getting rid of my slow 3 year old phone. It was the most pleasant and efficient transaction that I have ever had at a Verizon store

Switched from android to an iPhone. The phones didn’t cooperate very well but Jasmine and the other guy (sorry, didn’t catch his name) kept with it and restarted my transfers close to 10 times. Thanks for your patience and working the problem even when other customers would come in the store!
