Tru by Hilton North Platte

We stopped here on a cross country road trip for work and were welcomed with great service by Micah which meant a lot after a long day of travel. It was conveniently right off I80 with a restaurant across the street we could walk to. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. If I ever find myself in North Platte again, I will stay again! 10/10! Thanks Micah and the morning staff for your wonderful hospitality!

Great place! Coffee with good creamers 24/7, great breakfast with lots of variety, lots of different types of seating and games in the lobby, great rooms, love the 🍋 soap and lotion! It was quiet.

We had such an amazing stay at true hilton, super nice employees asking about our drive, the roads and we were greeted with a care package when we walked in with waters and popcorn. The room was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and very high quality sheets. High water pressure and amazing smelling toiletries.

We’ve stayed here several times between our trips to and from Denver and Omaha and it’s always amazing. Tru by Hilton in North Platte is the best dog friendly, comfortable, clean and professional hotel for a halfway point.

We made a special request this trip for where our room was located and the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate our (but really our dogs’) needs.

For the people that really read reviews: great parking, very well lit parking lot, dog stations, a restaurant across the parking lot, grassy areas, TONS of games to play in the lobby and TVs to watch sports games. Fire pit and grill in a fenced in patio out back. All exterior doors require keys for entry. Cameras everywhere in the parking lot. Highly recommend!

This stop was our first on our trip to Estes Park, fantastic place to stay! Bed was comfy, hotel was clean and fun looking, breakfast was yummy and Holly at the front desk was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend and thank you!

Great experience. Dog friendly, has locations.
Rooms are large. Affordable price, better if you use a 3rd party for better deals.
Only small negatives are: bath tub don't have sticky pad for non slip. Breakfast lack verity, but still delicious.

It’s nice hotel for the price. Good continental breakfast, able to use my phone as a key. Use the Hilton app and you don’t even have to see anyone at the front desk. Pretty new hotel, built just before Covid, so they didn’t get many visitors for a few years. Easily accessible right off the interstate for travel by road. Staff is nice.

Cool for people in their 60ties lol' firepit outside, to 11. pool table, coffee 24 hrs food. Snacks , etc. Style is cool. Chill. First timer big screen TV in the room.

My family was traveling across country with our dog, and Tru was perfect for us! Upon arrival, the front desk had a gift bag for our dog! Tennis ball, treats, waste bags, etc. It was perfect. Offered complimentary beds, food mats/bowls, and much more. Very pet friendly. Staff was awesome. I loved the breakfast. Cool pancake machine, great omelet. My only issue was the shower head. The individual spots the water comes out of are all wonky and results in uneven water pressure from different areas from the head. Soap was very heavily scented as well. All-in-all 9.75/10! Loved the stay. The lobby is decorated very well, overall this was a really great hotel.

I enjoyed the beautiful and minimalistic designs. The room was very clean, beds/pillow/sheets were comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast bar the following morning. I was very impressed with our stay here and would highly recommend!

Brand new hotel. Super clean and very nice accommodations. The Tru concept is very modern, with small but functional space. There is no carpet in the rooms, which I prefer because hotel carpet is usually gross. Our room had a king bed and walk in shower. There’s no dresser, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Amenities were great - free breakfast with a lot of tasty options, snack bar, pool, gym, free parking. Staff was friendly. There’s a good restaurant right across the parking lot and a brewery across the street.

Easy check-in online. digital key worked well. Easy check out. Coffee and basic hotel breakfast. Good location off the highway.

This hotel is brand new and has everything you need! The staff is friendly and the location is ideal. The rooms are clean and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc that are provided are all really nice with a walk in shower! We loved the breakfast it is fresh and delicious with a pancake maker the kids loved and sprinkles. The blinds are top notch and make for a dark room any time of day. I would say the only challenge for us was room size, the rooms are tiny and the king bed seems suspiciously small. Overall we would be happy to stay here again and wouldn’t think twice.

This is a great place for travels and especially for digital nomads. The desk is very helpful and if you like, you can work in the open lobby area. Plenty of tables.

Room was tiny compared to the Home2Suites or any Hilton hotels my family has stayed at. Breakfast was great. Wouldn’t mind seeing an ATM machine in place. Overall great stay would definitely recommend

Staff were all so curteous and attentive! Room was extremely clean, the lobby was so inviting you actually wanted to spend time in there... with a pool table and games for the kids as well as a large gas fire pit on the patio to sit around. The free breakfast was better than usual hotel free breakfasts and was available for a couple of hours longer than you usually see. Even check-out was at noon... great if you are not in a rush and want to sleep in! Highly recommend.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The vibe night and day is so fun and cheerful! We arrived at night and several people were around the big fire pit outside on the patio, in big comfy couches. Wine and beer is served until midnight, as well as water, snacks, etc. Inside the lobby there is a pool table, a Jenga game, wooden tic-tac-toe games, cubbies for people to sit in to work on their computers or laptops, and so many outlets for people to charge their electronics. Also in the lobby is a water bottle filling station, a nice ice machine, gym, and whiteboard suggesting places to go, things to do and restaurants and breweries to visit. Their rooms are so comfortable, clean, bright, and make sense. Suitcases have storage under the bed, the soap/lotion/shampoo and conditioner are squeeze tubes on the wall. The rooms are laminate tile, no yucky carpet, and great internet and televisions. Breakfast is a real breakfast, and comes with the price of your room. Pancakes, oatmeal, egg omelet station, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, hot water, coffee, decaf, and the list continues. There is even a station to top your eggs, oatmeal, pancakes with sprinkles, craisens, mini chocolate chips, nuts, whatever you desire. And if you are a dog? You have a treat jar at the front desk. It made total sense when we heard they had just won #1 in the nation for all of the tru by Hiltons! Their staff is amazing. I will always look for a tru before I stay anywhere else, no matter where I travel.

Great hotel! The staff was beyond friendly, the hotel itself is so clean, there are lots of fun things to do in the lobby and the breakfast was great. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We loved the soft sheets, the toiletries in the bathroom and the quiet.

Great location just off of 80. Staff was great, check in was easy and the facility seems rather new, room was clean and comfortable. First time staying in this brand from Hilton and was impressed. Pancake machine was cool as well!
