Starbucks

I mean, its a Starbucks. I don't like that I buy a 1/2 a 10 spot hot chocolate, but they know how to make one. As far as ☕, dirty hot water. Tea, dirty cold or hot water.

Store super swamped today. Preston took my order, apologized for any delays and was very welcoming, cheerful and positive. I was buying coffee for my entire team and she even offered extra suggestions on how to improve on everyone's orders. Preston is the reason I will return day after day, regardless of how long it takes. Great coffee, great staff. 12 out of 10.

Had a venti Carmel latte and a bacon style turkey cheddar and egg white sandwich. Got my order quickly and it was what I was expecting. I had a 30 minute wait and found a comfortable chair to sit in and read. Only issue was large number of flies. That time of the year, but being inside, I would think maybe there was some way to control them.

Very friendly staff here. The gentleman at the register when I stopped in was brand new, but handled it really well with some challenging customers. Great to see a welcoming crew!

This is my first time here and my experience was phenomenal!!! I ordered online and my drinks were ready when I walked through the door!!! I wasn't sure where to get my drinks from since I ordered them online but the awesome people that were working show me exactly where to go and what to do!!!! They were awesome, friendly, and they answered all of my questions, and made me feel very welcome!!! I recommend Starbucks of North Platte very highly you need to check them out they have awesome menu items and fabulous employees not to mention they're super duper fast thank you so much for everything

Our coffee is always perfect and the kids love the cake pops. They had the chocolate ones this time, LOVED THEM.

One of the better Starbucks I’ve found. I ordered an espresso and honey my double shot was *exactly* how it should taste. Nice staff, great atmosphere, large building. It was a little cold, but considering it was something like 2*F when I went I’m willing to look past that 😂. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone passing through North Platte with a need for coffee.

The Starbucks concept can’t be beat. The menu items are consistently created regardless of where you go and your item will be great, or they will remake it.

Even the pre-packed lunch-type items are good. I come here if I’m looking for a 350-450 calorie lunch of healthy foods. Got to love SBX.

The staff is amazing, they always make a person feel at home, even when corporate doesn't get supplies out to them. Always a smile and a friendly hello at each visit!

I travel for work all over the country and it’s refreshing to have such a wonderful Starbucks like this one in the middle of Nebraska.

I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. I waited in the shop to meet family friends and asked if it was ok to just wait there for someone and I received a very friendly response that it was fine. This promted me to return later as I left North Platte to return to Lincoln and go through the drive through and order a blended mocha latte I believe and appreciated the friendly staff and my delicious drink. Thank you.

Ordered a Snickerdoodle Hot Cocoa, and Michael knew exactly how I liked it, even though I'd never ordered it before. Haha! The staff here really care about their customers, and their fellow employees. The location itself was very very tidy, and the environment was just very nice. Unlike any other Starbucks.
