Love this mall. 2 floors i go everyday and mall walk . Exercise the people are friendly and its a clean mall . I occasionally eat linch there

Great food served quickly. Stopped in on the way somewhere else. Staff was having conversation with elderly Veteran, who was delaying their work but they remained friendly and chatting. It was obviously important to him. The Philly Cheese steak was excellent. Nice people and great food.

My to go place when I have a party and need fresh flowers. Huge store with lots of options and specialty items.

Great selection of yarn and fabric if shopping at a small business isn’t feasible. They always have some deals going on. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great selection in store and online, which is helpful. Sometimes the line can get out of hand, so don’t go if you’re in a rush.

Enjoyed shopping for flowers and appetizers. Fresh and quality with good packaging.

Joannes is super. They have great customer service. And their order online service is great. One of the girls I didn’t catch your name has the sweetest little phone voice and a great personality in person. Deafly superb service. Thank you for making my online deliveries easy for pick up

Great food and service as always

Pretty good area with lots of opening shops, such as LensCrafters, cookie shops and even a huge food court with lots of choices such as McDonald’s and subway and even halal choices. Definelty recommend the clean environment with a playground for kids and kids stores for toys and clothes. 10/10 . One of the best mall here in Nashville area . With a huge parking lot and many customers daily, very good place to hangout with your friends or family.

I was here to go to the new liquor store. It is cheaper than a lot of liquor stores in the area and especially where I live in clarksville but I work in the area sometimes so I paid it a visit and used their curbside feature. They came right out and put In truck no problems

Really good cashiers n clean

Good little shopping area. It can be really hard to get in and out of. Be sure to use the light if you need to turn left. I repeat, DO NOT try and turn left from the stop sign, it’s dangerous and you will cause an accident. The shops in the area are nice, and it’s great to have a clean shopping area not attached to the mall.

So good to go here for getting kids projects to do. My kids paint birdhouses, they've done cross stitching, and doodle in sketch books. Pretty cool finds if you ask me.

Quality stores located here. The parking area for all of the shops is pretty hectic, sometimes it's worse than rush hour traffic on the main roads in the area. Other than that, it's a nice place to visit.

The staff was very pleasant and we didn't have to wait long at all. Dr. Hsi was very kind. He took his time explaining what he needed me to do and what he was going to do. That put me at ease and it was very different from what I'm use too. He was very I'm formative and he didn't rush through the visit. When he was done, he asked me and then my husband if we understood everything and if we had any questions! We were very impressed and I'm very pleased with the visit and Dr. Hsi.

We go here often since it has a craft store and a sporting goods store. The is plenty of parking, it's very convenient to get to from anywhere in Cool Springs too. We can also grab groceries from the Kroger on our way out of the mall which is pretty handy.

We've shopped at several of the other stores in the mall too. They have a great shoe store, office supply and a Panera too.

I love this place. Pricey, but nice place to shop. It is for the more wealthy but it means much less riff raff too. Great for the family shopping times. Always clean and a good time for getting what you want with smiles and help feom all.

Pretty good strip mall. There a lot because I work at the kroger. Easy to park but traffic sometimes backups. Has a lot of good stuff too, and is in a pretty good part of franklin.
