Walmart Neighborhood Market

This is a good store. I can find the products I am looking for and the staff is friendly and helpful. I generally shop there 3-4 times a week. This is my go to store for a get in get out trip to the store. I like it there.

I want to highlight Ms. Belinda, Mr. Darril and Ms. Zee for excellent customer service. I was having trouble with the gift card for gas ( Darla-separate building). Initially Ms. Yvette (money services)was about to turn me away when Ms. Belinda (hr)intervened to get a couple of associates to get me on my way. Ms. Zee(meat department- lead) was called to the front twice and the second time she brought Mr. Darril (consumables) who was able to resolve my issue and train at the same time. Thank y’all for exemplary customer service. Thank God my only interaction was not with Ms Yvette because she stated that Ms. Belinda was only hr and couldn’t help me. But excellent customer service beats assumptions any day I will be back to shop at this store only because of that.

Love this Walmart and I'm not a fan of Walmart

The nice lady that's at the self-checkout is always so welcoming, she keeps the mood up there. She looks to be the only one that cares about people and she earned the 5 star herself.

2 year update -- She is still there and the only reason I give this walmart 5 stars. She is a very wholesome and sweet hearted person.

Loved this place since it was built a few years back. Lived in Rockvale for a while and it was great not being forced to the big one on old fort. Up in Nashville now, but came down to the area for church. Stopped through on the way back and finally found something I haven't found in Nashville anywhere! So grateful for this location even though I haven't frequented it for a couple years now.

This is the best Walmart to go to quickly pick up groceries. It is usually not busy because it's a neighborhood market so they have like 10-20% of what the bigger super markets get as far as customers and parking. It's always clean and stocked. Friendly staff. Parking lot is always clean. Nothing wrong with this store.

I got my Covid-19 shot 04/29 in the morning around 10ish and the lady who administered it was so lovely and kind. I was kind of nervous to be getting it but she made me feel So comfortable. I deal with anxieties and have such mad respect for anyone who can make people feel comfortable when they are getting something medical done. I would highly recommend.

There was a wonderful lady there name Kim that put her hands on me in the name of the Lord! She has a beautiful soul! They were all nice polite and oh my goodness so very helpful. I have never experienced this going to a Walmart! There was another lady that even walked with my son to get me some candy that he couldnt find. Very helpful and super nice!

I love the friendly staff that brings your food out to you. They are very fast and also show you all things that matter like produce, eggs and bread to make sure you are happy with what they picked before you leave. That's awesome service. I drive past two Walmart just to go to this one.

Always clean when I go in--love the super friendly staff and how hard working they all are! It is hard to find things sometimes, but eventually you find it. Despite it being a Walmart Neighborhood Market, they have just about anything you NEED. Food, makeup, school supplies, etc. It's a wonderful place, and I stop by very often! Cheap prices! Very nice place, definitely recommend!

Great people here with nice selection. Easy to find everything I need in a smaller store.

I can always depend on this Pharmacy to provide me with accurately filled medications by a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Nice location for a quick stop when you don't feel like perusing the isles at their larger stores, typically shorter wait time in the check out lanes too:-)

Very neat. Customer service help lady in self check out was the best. I hate I didn't get her name. I think she had blonde hair and about 5 ft 3 in tall!

This is my go-to grocery store! Great value and great prices all the time. A must for all my weekly grocery needs and I like that they are also open later than most of the other stores in case I need to get something late.

Some one is always ready to help. Stock pretty much stays in the same place so it's easy to zip in and out. Clearance items are also easy to access.

Love my store. Can't wait for the grocery pick up service coming soon. Just wish they would make a drive through window for the pharmacy department. Being a chemo patient not only do I not feel like coming inside I shouldn't be exposed to everyone there!

Even though we are going through one of the worst times in the history of not only the U.S. but the world, this Walmart neighborhood market continues to make sure essential goods are on the shelves and treat their customers with great respect and they are quick to help with whatever you need. Definitely recommend this lovely place.

Definitely coming here again. Completely different experience from most walmarts. Plenty of lanes open, associates willing to help, it felt like I was in publix when it comes to customer service. They were out of a product on shelf in dairy, so I flagged down an associate to see if there were any in the back. They were sold out, but I could see the associate looking and they brought another employee to look. The effort was well noted.
