The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the service is consistently fast. However, there's typically a drive-through wait between 7-10 AM. Jordan was amazing and friendly!

This is my favorite Starbucks around. Staff always super friendly and they make the drinks just right compared to the other Starbucks. I went on Veterans’ Day for my free coffee and both May and Mackenzie (I believe were there names) were wonderful and deserve raises 😤

This place is right across from my work and they are amazing. The coffee and food are always Delicious.
The employees are always so helpful and friendly, I still would recommend this place for sure.

They made an error on our order, but corrected it quickly. The drive through guy actually had a personality and talked to us while we waited for our coffee order to be repaired. He came across happy and was pleasant to interact with.

Best Starbucks, I’ve come here multiple times and they were always really sweet. They have nice hours and don’t close early. Overall a really good experience every time I show up :)

There is a new drink at Starbucks a lotte with oatmilk in it. It is the best drink on the menu, in my opinion!❤❤❤❤ try it hot or cold, both are great!

It's a good place to go because there kind carring and the service is the best they take care of there customers like there family and that's the kind of place people want to go to

Best Starbucks in Tennessee! Management here is by far the best I have ever seen in any Starbucks. I have been coming to this location for over 8 years. Always friendly staff and fresh products.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for well over a year now Andrew and his crew go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and happy. There are times I drive out of my way to just come to this store for the wonderful service and The friendly smiles of the people who work there.. I truly hope corporate reads these reviews in order to give this store, the management team and the crew the recognition they deserve.

Nicest staff ever. Never got my order wrong once. I know I have to stop spending so much money on coffee but the baristas are so nice I can't stop.

A redheaded female and taller male were very nice to me, not fake nice but genuinely nice. The gentleman made my drink as I order but I realized that I ordered the wrong drink. He quickly made me the drink I had intended to order and was also very nice about it. Great experience. Thank you.

Another location starbucks review. The staff was very busy but pretty nice. I had the egg white, cheese spinach wrap. I just learned they had it. It was good for a little bit healthier option. I also got a sausage, egg sandwich

Always good coffee

First off, I want to say that Andi made my experience one of the best in my life. And I'm not young! All jokes aside, from start to finish she managed to make my top 2 Ever in life. That alone is no easy task. She was SO helpful. She not only answered my questions like a pro, she was also able to offer me explanations and suggestions on 4 different drinks. She did all this, help me make a decision and hold on to that bubbly personality and handle it all in a timely manner. Then, just when I thought it couldn't get any better. When handing us our order she offered to let me taste it just in case I wanted to tweak it because I am obviously picky and she took into consideration that I was trying something new at her suggestion.
STARBUCKS, I highly suggest that you give her a Very nice raise and offer her some things that other places could not or would not offer to steal her. Then ask Andi if she would be willing to train those coming in & offer her more $$$ for that. Like seriously, I could go on and on about this young lady but I will end this by saying, if I ever hit the lottery I would go on the news to find her and hire her as my personal assistant. And for those of you that are wondering, all 3 of the drinks that we got were so good they make you wanna slap ya momma.
:) also gave me the boost I needed which is no surprise because thats why Starbucks is the #1 coffee spot. Thank you all for taking the time to read this very long review. 🙏

My new coffee spot. Sofar nothing but good to say. Only negative is leaving there the traffic makes it difficult to leave. Not any fault of this restaurant tho. Just something to note when u visit. Plan to make a right turn out of this location.

Such friendly staff! I always have the most difficult orders and they are always so kind. They even give my dogs pup cups every time. I drive out of my way just to come to this Starbucks because they always have the best service! Such a great job, y’all are appreciated❤❤❤❤
