Jack was a great help I purchased an a32 samsung at mcminnville cricket and the kid at that store screwed the new phone up soo bad and lost a bunch of my photos and contacts Jack at murfreesboro helped regain lost info restored phone and my confidence with cricket so I added a line and upgraded my service

Hayden was so awesome today. I live in Florida and my sister needed a phone. she lives in Murfreesboro due to fraud to her account she was not able to access her phone she needed a phone quickly. Hayden at the Cricket store was more than happy to help guide me in the right direction, not only did he help me by picking out a phone but he also helped my sister find a plan that was reasonable for her and she was very happy knowing that she was in and out and also had a great phone with a great deal I highly recommend this retailer ask for Hayden he knows his stuff.
