My adult son and I were shopping for recliners. Our sales person was Sheila. She made us feel comfortable as we shopped. She answered all our questions without pressuring us. We each purchased our dream chairs. Wonderful experience!

Jay was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right recliner for my space and needs. He got my order written up quickly and escorted me over to Sharon. She got everything printed out and had me ready to go in just a few minutes.
I was told my recliner would take approximately 4 weeks and got the call in less than a week that it was ready for pickup.
I’m very satisfied and even referred my sister. She placed her order yesterday!

Chris was our salesman. He was very friendly, professional and very helpful allowing us to browse while looking at furniture. He was accessible to answer any questions and explain options to us. It truly was one of the best furniture shopping experiences we have had in our lifetime. The ladies who do the paperwork of the sale were both very friendly and professional. We just purchased a hide-a-bed sofa sleeper from this store. Our sales associate, Cassandra Pavolic, was very helpful and important to our decision. She was helpful in our selection of the mattress and contrasting pillows. She was able to find answers to all our questions and remembered our interaction and conversation from when we first went in to look several days earlier. She handled everything in a timely manner and was always pleasant and accommodating through the whole transaction. She checked on us a couple times, what we wanted was out of stock, but she stayed with us and helped us come to an even better SET of recliners. We pick up Monday. There was a large selection of recliners with just the right options I was looking for. Many different coverings and they let me take a couple home to make sure I picked just the right one. Cassandra was very patient and very helpful

Had a great experience with Sheila. I called the store to see what options of recliners they had. I live in Florida but I was looking for my grandmother who lives in middle TN- she recently injured herself and needed a more functional and comfortable chair as quick as possible. Sheila texted me multiple different recliner options that were in stock and gave me sale prices and info. I ordered one over the phone and everything went very smooth.
