Peter one of your employees was professional, polite, and went above his responsibilities to make my move in with ease. I commend sure a impeccable worker, that’s all about customer service with such a beautiful personality. When times like this , because high stress level of moving, he was outstanding, please give him a raise. Not just that day, but I had a situation in Florida CubeSmart that he assisted me in. Again I appreciated his remarkable service.

Met with Judith & Rosa to view storage units and they helped us determine what size we need for a few items we need to store. They were so nice and super helpful! The facility is very nice and clean, and seems very safe and secure for storage. Glad we chose CubeSmart, and I highly recommend this location!

Been in my unit for almost a year and just upped to a larger unit. Everyone I've dealt with that works there are super helpful, the manager Three made transitioning into a new unit easy and stress free. For the location being an indoor climate controlled unit the price is cheaper than I'd expect too.

I would like to say thank you for the best customer service I’ve experienced in a storage facility. Ms Three was a delight and helpful in every way possible. She is the most accommodating and helpful person I’ve seen at these type of places. I would recommend this place 10/10 anytime. She maintains the place to an excellent condition. Although some would try to ruin that by taking the carts that are meant to be used by all, you know who you guys are. Return the equipment because not only does it affect the customers but management as well. All in all, even with these adversities she still managed to keep a smile and a friendly face. Ms Three thank you for everything. I’ll be sure to recommend this place as long as people like you are there. 💯

Cube Smart is the best storage facility I have ever used. It is clean and well kept and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs storage, whether short term or longer. They also carry a wide variety of moving and storage supplies.

The GM was very nice and gave us a tour of the facility while showing us the unit we had reserved. She made sure to answer any questions we had and really made the entire visit way more fun than we expected a storage unit set up to be. I highly recommend this place for the customer service alone 😁.

Unfortunately, these days it’s shocking to get someone at any type of business establishment that is so kind and so helpful and does it with a smile the entire time. La is amazing and she made my first time storage rental so easy!

Wonderful staff. She was so helpful, going above and beyond to set me up with my unit. I left feeling very secure about my property being stored there. Clean spacious facility. Also the prices and specials were very competitive. A climate controlled indoor unit cost me less than an outdoor unit same size at a different storage facility. Would highly recommend this facility
