Very clean! The AC in the climate control is better than my house or car. I chose this place due to being a nicer side of town. Has flatbed carts and an elevator for easier storage. The office staff, Ms. Ann and Ms. Brandie, were both very polite and helpful.

Ann and Brandie got me into a great unit and helped me feel comfortable with leaving items in my storage unit.

Brandie is very professional and the best at her craft, awesome customer service and very nice property.

Brandie and Ann offer great customer service. Units are well kept and reasonably priced.

How often is it that we try to inquire for information at places and the associates cannot answer questions or give accurate information. Octavia is very rare. She answered all my questions and sealed the deal. Moving is always a stressful time. Thank you Octavia for making my move in process easy and simple.

Octavia was the most amazing person to talk to. Very understanding and helpful in way I didn't see possible. She is probably the best employee at this location and possibly the entire company.

I had to call and get some information. I spoke with Brandie and she was so helpful. Although I could have used the website I was working with elderly and they like to hear everything instead of web. Brandie was so patient and compassionate. We are still looking around but to me Brandie would be a nice addition to their storage fees. You can't beat personal care for the customer

Used this facility during my transition after selling my house and relocating.The Murfreesboro location is awesome and clean. Brandie has been so helpful and pleasant to work with. She's always looked out for me anytime I had a question or an issue. Would definitely recommend.

She is A ray of sunshine and im grateful shes the property manager at fortress blvd public storage Update: unfortuntely i wont get to see the staff at Murfreesboro as much as i used to. I'm gonna miss Brandie and Ann. They are very nice and professional. It was great knowing them.
