One of my favorite places to shop! The clothing is always so beautiful plus I end up getting fun shoes I wouldn’t even try on anywhere else because the prices are so good! Brenda who I think owns the store is so kind and helpful. The music and atmosphere makes it one of my favorite places to be!

Shoe heaven. Love the little lady there. She’s always welcoming. Prices are good. It’s hard to find cute shoes if you wear an 11 or 12 in womens, but not here. That’s why I keep coming back.

I hadn't been here for many years. Why?! Just why! I've been missing out on sooo many amazing shoes!
I got a pair of Dansko sandals that normally reatil for $140 for $40! They are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned! I probably wouldn't have tried on this brand due to their high price point, but Marti & Liz made my stylish yet comfortable quality shoe dreams come true!!
My daughter got a pair of stylish Steve Madden tennis shoes for only $40. Retail for them is over $100.

I love this store! They have great shoes, and the most reasonable prices anywhere. It's hard not to just go wild!

Great prices. Nice selection. These are returned shoes, so some are brand new, but some show wear. Very friendly staff. Clean. Enjoy the Christian background music.

My first, and often last stop for shoes! I have large, wide feet. Ladies Size 10 Wide typically. The traditional shoe store offers a very tiny selection of any type of shoe in my size. At Marti & Liz, the selection is massive! I am so much like a kid in a candy store with money to spend! The prices are great, I typically get 2 pair of shoes for less than the price I pay for 1 pair anywhere else. My dad, size 13DD needed new walking shoes, so we came in hoping to find something that would work for him. We left with 2 pair! Amazing 👏 This is a must if you need shoes!

One of Nashvilles best kept secrets. When it comes to discount shoes for men & women, you can't go wrong with Marti & Liz. The best way to describe them is... their kind of like a Scratch & Dent appliance store for shoes, so there may only be one pair of a particular shoe...but trust me... THERE'S LOT'S TO CHOOSE FROM! My hubby & I ALWAYS stop when we're driving from Alabama to Kentucky & back (mostly at his request...😉 😜 😘 . Generally, we never leave empty-handed.

I feel like somehow this place is still a kind of “hidden gem.” I’m always shocked by the low prices of incredible designer shoes and purses! They have such a wide variety that I’ve been shopping here with my mother in law and my grandmother, and all of us ended up buying something! More recently they added clothes which are also affordable, and on trend. Go check them out for yourself!

This little store is a must- visit for your shopping routine! They have a pretty nice selection of shoes, tops, bottoms, jewelry, purses, etc. The clerks are kind, helping and give nice opinions. (at least the ones I met!) The shoes are nicely organized and the store has an overall comfy appearance.

Great deals and plenty of choices! Shoes generally run about half off retail price. They have both men's and women's shoes, dress and Athletics and all things in between. Check often and never pay full price for what you want again!

The manager of the Franklin, Tennessee store is exceptional and reasonable in handling a situation and misunderstanding on my part. PLEASE READ RETURN POLICY ON YOUR RECEIPT!!! I love this store and have purchased many pairs of shoes. Some days you get lucky and find a brand name shoe at very good price. Some days not so much. Some shoes look new, some shoes look worn and rehabbed. Fun place to shop to see what you can find. Just be sure you are happy before you leave store! Thank You again to the manager.

I went to the Cool Springs/Franklin location and went in just to check out the store and see what it was all about...
An hour later, I walked out the door with 4 new pairs of shoes for just under 100 bucks! Where else can you get designer names for such an amazing price?! NOWHERE!

My favorite black heels just died on me today (after having their caps replaced three times - it's time to say goodbye) so I will be heading to Marti and Liz to replace them and who knows what else I may walk out with this time...

Definitely check them out if your in the neighborhood. You don't be disappointed.

Easy shopping experience with good parking in a strip mall. They have a wide variety of shoes even in sizes 5 1/2, 9, 10, 10 1/2 and I think 11. I've noticed these sizes are hard to find. The cashier told me the inventory consists of shoes that have been repaired and/or returned from major retailers. Because of this you can get a good pair of shoes for less than the original price. They also sell some clothing, purses (not high end) and shoe accessories. There's a DSW Shoe Warehouse and Off Broadway Shoes nearby if you don't find anything here.

Love this place. Shopped st their flagship store for years. Great shoe selection.

I'm afraid to rate this place high because I don't want anyone else to know about it! I can literally get nearly brand-new Johnston & Murphy shoes for a fraction of the retail price. Only thing I wish they would do is create some sort of subscription model where I could pay a little more and have a first look at what they get each week.

I've taken lots of my friends there and they been taking friends and family and so on... 95% of my shoes are from there. Why pay 100% retail price when you can find great stuff at this place.

Love this place for chance bargains. If you see something you like grab and go. If you wait and come back it will be gone. Hit & miss but constantly changing inventory. Fun!

I have been visiting this chain for more than a decade. Great deals on all types of footwear! I look forward to the chain expanding to Alabama one day.

My favorite show store but you never know what you will find. I have found Vionics, Berkenstocks, Naots, Earth Shoes, and Taos premium shoes to name a few.
