My overall experience has been good …. Jennifer is the literal best such a sweet lovely spirit anything that was ever needed to be accommodated for gave us the help no problem . My stay here has been welcoming everytime with surrounding of good people and energy.

I have been enjoying my stay here, very clean and spacious rooms and being pet friendly is an added bonus. The staff that I have met so far has been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a great stay so far.

Great spot to crash in Durham. Rooms have a fridge, microwave, stove, and TV. Internet is good and works consistently, as does the AC. Front desk is responsive and nice. Pets are allowed. Close to cool areas as well.

Overall an alright experience rooms are decent but they are renovating rooms so rooms are being updated the price isn’t too bad Ms.Jennifer and Ms.Monica customer service are above and beyond and very understanding so with that being said I will be returning

I've been staying at ESA Durham for a while now and I've always been treated with nothing but kindness. Anytime I needed something, it was taken care of with urgency and professionalism. The manager Monica is awesome and is the reason I'm stay here and the staff is great as well.

This Extended Stay is amazing everything is great the People are amazing. The A/C works great and the room is fabulous

I booked a night here for my family and was nervous after reading the reviews. The staff upgraded my room to accommodate my error when booking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There were no bugs and my room was clean. I will definitely get another room here when I visit. Awesome experience.
