Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport-Brier Creek

This hotel is nice enough. It was not the property or amenities that I was so impressed with. Every staff remember including the shuttle drivers were first class. Friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely come back! Conveniently located places to eat / drink didn’t hurt!

This hotel NEEDS to be the standard for Hampton Inns. Everything was perfect! The location was safe, peaceful, easy to walk around, convenient access to shopping and the highway. The hotel itself was immaculate - everything was spotless from the gorgeous lobby to the incredibly clean and updated rooms. The breakfast was the perfect example of what a Hampton Inn breakfast is supposed to be - everything was stocked, all the hot items were hot and kept fresh, the juice machine worked, and the breakfast staff did an excellent job of keeping the space clean. Even the parking lot was in excellent condition and free from garbage. This is exactly what guests should expect when staying at a Hampton Inn. Every single little detail was taken care of and THAT makes all the difference. The staff at this hotel is amazing for maintaining such a great hotel. We were so happy to find this particular Hampton Inn on our travels. Great work!!

Wonderful hotel. Beautifully appointed, service was friendly and it's very clean. Slept like a rock because mattress was wonderful.

I had a great experience staying with a pet (dog) and I found the pet fee to be reasonable considering they didn't have size/breed questions. There is no dedicated dog walk area but the hotel is surrounded by sidewalks that lead up to the shopping center nearby. The staff were friendly and the check in and check out process was easy with my dog. Some guests seemed surprised to see him, especially around the elevator, so I suppose not many travellers have their furry friends with them.

The room was exceptionally clean. I thought it was strange there was no fan in the bathroom. I took off a star for location being so close to the airport we heard doors opening and closing at all hours of the night. That was the only downside to our stay was the noise in the hall. The layout of the room was spacious and I attached pictures from the end of my stay. I loved how there was a coffee and tea bar in the lobby all day. I really enjoyed a quick 5pm coffee without leaving the hotel.

A flight cancellation led me to an unexpected stay here, and on an extremely stressful day of being stranded, this hotel was a great experience. Seriously, the best experience I've ever had at a hotel of this tier. The room was large, recently updated, and super comfortable, the woman at the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name) was SO friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was fast for working remote.

I love their pillows and interior designs. I'll buy some pillows on their website. 😊 They have a shuttle too.

This is the only hotel I stay at when flying out of RDU.I love using the airport shuttle and am able to leave my car in the lot while I’m away.Shuttle runs every half hour,beginning at 4:30AM and they are always prompt.The drivers are always friendly,even at 4:30AM and recently learned,friendly even in spite of having to work on Christmas Day.Hotel is modern,sleek and front desk staff (especially Miss Ro)are always welcoming.The breakfast is AMAZING,with lots of options.It’s always extremely clean here.The shampoo&conditioner are wonderful,so much so,I ordered my own.Pillows are soft.I would say the bed is of medium support,very comfortable.Shopping and restaurants are about 2 minutes away,if that.I love to stay here and I hate hotels.

Great experience, only disappointment was that the room did not have a safe. Free shuttle to anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. Wonderful staff.

Stayed for 3 nights, did not have any issues at all. Rooms are really nice and staff are very friendly especially the lady at the reception.

Everything here was top notched as always. As I was staying here reviewing different restaurants I had to do a review for here as well. The breakfast on bacon 🥓 day was superb my only complaint would be on sausage day. Pay more attention to it. The sausage was grey and kinda scary. Other than that it was clean and welcoming. The pool itself was freezing so got in for a brief moment & couldn't take it.

Spectacular stay.. The desk staff were kind, and funny! Very helpful also. The room was SO clean. The shower/bath were spotless. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. Most places have the wrong lighting & you can end up going out in public looking like a bit of a clown! Oh dear! The parking was brilliant & also had good lighting, no matter where you parked. Bed was SO comfortable & the pillows were delicious. LOVE the temp control on the wall instead of on the unit itself. Easy checkout.Thanks so much!

We chose the Briar Creek Hampton because it is so close to the airport. Our experience met all of our expectations and then some. We were impressed with the room - clean, comfortable and attractive. When we needed help with the guest computer and printer, Twania from the front desk and General Manager John Walls went above and beyond to get our boarding passes printed out. Unfortunately, we had to leave so early in the morning, we did not get to try the free breakfast. The drive to the airport is quick and easy. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice updated modern hotel. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms are amazing. Biggest negatives are the tile in the rooms amplifies hallway noise coming in the room and there is no hotel bar nor is there any bar/restaurant within an easy walk. They had a water dispenser on my floor near the elevator. Friendly staff.

This hotel is new with well appointed furniture and fixtures. Rooms were spacious, clean and very accommodating. Lack of storage space seems to be the trend but it was fine for us who can live out of our suitcases. 55” TV was a plus especially when teleworking and using it as a second screen ;)

Decent workout facility and indoor pool though no hot tub. :/

The hotel is just what we hoped for: clean, well-kept, with a great location. But the staff is what made our stay great! Everyone we interacted with was fantastic - in particular all 3 women at the front desk, the morning shuttle driver, and even the maintenance man who brought up our rollaway bed. Friendly, helpful people all around!

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The customer service is above and beyond. I mistakenly booked a day prior to when I arrived. When I was checking in they informed me that the reservation was for yesterday. I had 3 exhausted kids with me and they were almost sold out for the night. The front counter lady found me a room to accommodate and changed my reservation. She was so understanding of my error and really helped me out. On top of that later that night my husband was flying in to meet us. As the shuttle stops running at 12 when he phoned at1155 inquiring if they were still running a different front counter person made arrangements to ensure whe was picked up. Both of these employees are exceptional. The rooms are new and clean. Beds are comfortable couldn't have asked for better! Overall if I could rate the hotel higher I would.

Amazing establishment. Super clean and spacious. Also the desk agent Videl gave superb customer service. As a property manager the guest experience is everything to me.

Just an all around wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff had exceptional customer service. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk clerk (Chrissy?), to the shuttle driver Brandon, were just so kind and welcoming. It was a fabulous stay, and we will absolutely be visiting again.
