This is almost like one of the best hidden gems. It’s close to RDU. Shopping is within close proximity for walking or driving. The staff are all polite and friendly and give excellent in service with a smile. The lobby area as vibrant and welcoming to all guests. A full service bar is on site as well. Who can pass up the awesome breakfast buffet? They make great omelets based on your preference. The rooms are extremely comfortable and feels almost better than being at home.

Wow, what a gem of a hotel experience. I visited for events surrounding my Nephew's wedding and had such a wonderful time.

Great hotel compared to others that my colleagues stayed in. Definitely will stay here again when I travel here again. The only thing I would change is taking a room higher up and with a better view than what I had. We had dinner here one and I had the house burger which was delicious compared to other restaurants we had been too. The room I was in 414 there was some finishing issues that the construction people could have done properly as seen in the photo. The breakfast is perfect and there is something for everyone. Coffee was good. The 5 @ 7 that they have is pretty good. I did not go to the swimming pool during my stay but it is there. WiFi is good throughout the hotel. Staff is courteous and friendly. I definitely found my hotel while here. The only thing is there are no water bottles in the hotel rooms. I had to buy some at Walmart. Also during the 5 @ 7 they had finger food which was perfect.

What a lovely hotel! We spent the holiday in Greensboro, but decided to spend our last night in NC here since it's close to RDU airport and we have a 6am flight. It was the best decision we made. We were greeted promptly and even given drink vouchers at the bar. We got tasty Margarita's and carried them to our room where we enjoyed a good movie on the huge TV with many channels to keep you occupied. The beds are super comfy, and the bathroom is huge with spa jets in the shower. This is definitely a space for evn just a day to yourself.

We turned in early since we had an early departure, but we got much needed rest from all the ripping and running we did over Christmas with the family. There are so many restaurants and shopping available right in the area. You don't have to go more than a half mile for anything unless you want to! Give this place a try! We plan to spend our last day here from now on when we visit NC.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great, along with happy hour, and you get 2 free drinks per night. I will be back

The lobby was well-lit and open. We had a glass of wine and fresh pizza out of the oven when we checked in. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Also, breakfast was very good

Love staying here when in Durham/Raleigh for work. Great staff, fantastic breakfast and recently remodeled lobby and bar area. Good location too near the Briar Creek area with shopping and lots of options for food.

Mr. Tim shuttle driver is very polite and professional. The way he engages and makes the ride comfortable for all his riders is very pleasant. He is top tier.

The room was very clean and the decor was very modern. 👍🏽

Continental breakfast was, 'made to order' and delicious with many options for meat eaters and vegetarians. 🤙🏽

My only complaint is that the cleaning folks did not fulfill our request for a total refresh despite the request form being on the outside of our door.
We were there for 3 nights. Had to go to the front desk for towels.

New Embassy Suites conveniently located about 8 minutes from RDU. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms. My only complaint might be that the hot water was not that hot haha.

Even though they were under a remodel, it did not take away from the experience nor the service that the embassy normally gives. Always enjoy staying with them. Specifically, Maurice was great during breakfast. He showed great care for his craft when cooking and had great customer service as well. Definitely recommend the omelets if you like them!

Hosted a wedding here and the day went beautifully and smoothly! The venue manager was prompt, the staff helpful and the spacing wonderful. I’d recommend this space to my clients who are looking for a wedding space down town. They have a killer upstairs bar, the rooms are top notch and they afford a bridal suite for the bridal party to get ready in! I really enjoyed working there and hope to be back!

This place was great overall. Good location. My dog was welcomed and spoken to by the staff. Breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices. My elderly parents were comfortable. They had a private bedroom and I was able to sleep with my dog on the pullout couch which was surprisingly comfortable. There were safety measures in place. The elevator won't move unless you have an activated room key. Indoor pool area was nice and the breakfast room areas were nice. We all enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

Loved staying here! The indoor pool and hot tub were impeccably maintained. The social hour with free drinks was an added bonus to our incredible suite. The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was also amazing, lots of options and cooked to order omelettes. I’ve always had a great experience staying in an Embassy Suites but this stay was truly exceptional. The staff was also very friendly and helpful

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the amount of complimentary services they provide daily. The breakfast was delicious! The evening reception was much appreciated! They have really put a lot of energy into the experience at this hotel. I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. Great work.
The room was fresh, bright and recently updated. I felt 100% at peace. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and living room/kitchen sets this apart from a regular hotel. The suite was like having a little apartment. We loved how clean it was. Top notch experience. I’m genuinely surprised it’s only 3 star.

Lady Bartender was awesome, male Bartender was kind of a jerk. breakfast guys were awesome, front desk was awesome, room was awesome.

We stayed here just for a night while meeting up with family recently. Our stay was fabulous! The hotel is very clean, and staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were able to enjoy some light appetizers and a couple free drinks during the welcome reception, and the included breakfast was also delicious-especially the made-to-order omelettes. The location is also super convenient-close to Target and numerous restaurants, shops, etc. We would absolutely stay here again, hands down!

My family of 4 loved our stay at Embassy Suites near the airport. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were big and clean. And the service was excellent. All in all we had a great experience! We also loved the pool.

I stayed at this hotel on May 27th-29th and I must say this is a beautiful hotel! The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was modern and clean. I loved the breakfast and also bought food from the restaurant in the lobby area. This hotel is close by shopping areas and I enjoyed every minute of it!
