Yvonne and Troy were very friendly and helpful. They showed us several models of refrigerators and pointed out any imperfections. They were not at all pushy and gave us our space to look thoroughly and decide. We found a great side by side refrigerator that met our needs and was in perfect condition, and we saved about $500 off retail. We chose to have the refrigerator delivered and delivery was scheduled for four days out, but to our surprise they ended up having time to deliver same day as our purchase. Delivery person was friendly and refrigerator was handled with care. We will definitely go back if we are in need of other appliances!

I had a great experience! My fridge was broken and I had my food in a cooler. I saw a fridge on their website that I was interested in. I called and they were super friendly. They talked me through the process and the cost. I went in at lunch time and picked out a fridge. It was exactly as the website described. Although their delivery schedule was already tight, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the delivery the same day so that I wouldn't have to go any longer without a refrigerator. They even walked me through how to use it and gave tips for getting it cold. I really appreciate it and am very happy with the fridge I picked out so far. It had a few small dents but otherwise looks brand new and is working great. If you need delivery, installation, and haul away, just call and they will walk you through the prices.

The staff here was so friendly when we were out perusing options for our house being built. The man who helped us (I apologize I forget his name) was so nice and gave us a great idea of what they offer. Will definitely be back !

This was without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with an appliance store. Multiple big box stores failed to provide us a refrigerator after purchasing, going as far as missing the planned delivery date and following up with a 20 day wait before their next attempt. We went to the Discount Appliance Outlet and the owner delivered a refrigerator himself, and on the same day of the purchase. He also matched the original sale price from Best Buy all the while providing a better warranty. I would recommend this store to any one in need of an appliance. I know I’ll be going back for a garage fridge soon.

We had a great experience with Emily and Christina last weekend. We found DAO through Facebook Marketplace, as we saw they had posted a deep freezer but figured since we have also been looking for a new washer/dryer we would just go check them out in person. The experience was great from start to finish. They were very attentive and made sure to answer any questions we had. They allowed us to take our time and weren't pushy - I wanted to read reviews and user manuals of the two appliances we had our eyes on before purcahsing. Since we went on a Saturday, there were no warehouse workers to load the appliances we purchased, but with my husband there, the three of them were able to get both our new fridge/freezer and washer/dryer loaded safely and easily into our truck. We have since told 3 or 4 friends about this place and are looking forward to returning when we are in need of the next upgrade!

Had a issue with getting the plug installed (totally my fault) and reach out after hours on FB. They responded quickly and helped me realize that I was using the wrong tool. I will definately purchase my next appliance from these folks again!

My experience with Discount Appliance Outlet was amazing. The process was fast and easy. The staff is polite, patient and gives A 1 customer service. They were knowledgeable about their products and was able to answer all my questions. The prices was way below what you would pay at a home improvement store. They even give courtesy calls after your purchase to see how everything is going. This takes the cake. I will certainly be purchasing from them again, so if you are in need of some appliances I strongly urge you to check them out. You won't be dissatisfied.

I went in today due to my refrigerator unexpectedly dying on me. Customer service was great! It is an outlet, so there is always a risk - however, you can purchase an extended warranty on-site!

This place was FANTASTIC. We had been price shopping for a Washer/Dryer combo a good bit and considered buying used as well, but were SO GLAD we came here instead. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. The prices beat all the big box stores and even some of the resale listings of people selling the same washer dryer set used! Delivery was affordable, quick, and the delivery workers were clean, skilled, and efficient. Thank you to all the employees-this is small business at its best!

Staff is super helpful. Most of their inventory is new with the 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Prices are really great too. They also have a no hassle delivery and setup. Bought on a Saturday and delivery on Tuesday. If I had gone to Home Depot or Lowes I would have paid 25-35% more and delivery would have been at least 2 weeks out. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend checking them out for appliances.

The service was amazing. The honesty couldn't be beat in each and every item sold. Bought a fridge and dishwasher. They even installed (quickly and cleanly) a day earlier than scheduled! Will use them for the rest of appliance replacements in future! Highly recommend.

A great place to buy modern, working appliances for about half normal price because they have cosmetic damage. A man named Troy runs the place and he is completely dedicated to customer satisfaction. I was impressed by his effort in making sure the fridge I bought was working perfectly.

These folks were very responsive online AND in the store. Answered a gazillion questions for me before I traveled from Benson. Scheduled a timely delivery - and removed the appliance I replaced. They called afterwards to check on our purchase and make sure we were satisfied ! I’ll be searching their site for future appliance needs! Went here for a refrigerator and we weren't disappointed. The pricing was fair and Yvonne was extremely helpful; much better than shopping for a fridge at Lowe's or Home Depot. Highly recommend!
