I moved to NC and was in desperate need of a stylist who was not intimidated by my kinky natural hair. Janae greeted me with open arms and has been consistently professional, timely and is always concerned about the health of my hair. In the two years that I have been here, I have not allowed anyone else to blow out my hair. I have never experienced any heat damage and my hair is the healthiest it has ever been. I am so glad that I have found a stylist here with blessed hands! 🙌🏾

I am beyond happy with my experience at this salon. I have been getting services here for over 8 years. Janae is so professional and makes sure that my hair is always healthy as well as looking just like the celebrities. I always get my hair dyed, weave dyed and a sew in when I visit, She makes sure to advice me if a trim is needed, deep conditioning treatment, steam treatment, etc. Since going to Janae I have seen a tremendous difference in the health and growth of my hair. I wanted to get my natural texture back while getting a style that protects my hair and she did just that. I have recommended my family to attend this salon and they too have been pleased. I went to Hair Therapy for the first time a few days ago and I must admit I was nervous about trying a new salon but WOW am I SO happy that I did! Janae worked magic on my natural 4c hair. It's never felt more moisturized and manageable and she has a great sense of how to style hair that works best for your texture. Janae has been taking care of my hair for more than 5 years. She is extremely professional and very attentive to my hair needs. As a natural hair-styler who hasn't gotten her hair professionally straightened for 6+ years, I was nervous walking in to Janae's. I have my fair share of horror story, unsatisfactory hair appointments, and stylists who were too rough (or inexperienced) with my hair. Janae quickly blew me out of the water though. She was conversational, thoughtful, and sensitive in regards to my hair. She not only asked about styling, but also gave me tips in how to maintain my silk press post-appointment.
