The store owner was very knowledgeable and very kind and dropped everything to help me out of a serious crisis with my laptop. I will be forever grateful for his help and highly recommend his business to anyone needing their computers worked on.

Chaiyz repairs computers with a total desire for perfection on completion. He has done several computer repairs and upgrades for me over the past 4-5 years, with none having to be returned. Even replaces missing screws that match - that's attention to detail. It is understanding why when you call that (1) he cannot diagnose a problem over the phone, and (2) he is a small one person owner of the business. His hours have to fluctuate because of leaving the store occasionally to make a home repair appointment. Simply call to make sure he's in, drop off your broken item, allow adequate repair time, and you can be assured IT WILL be repaired to highest standards. His fees are much more reasonable than big box stores, and service is family oriented.

Once you realize that you’ve been scammed and don’t know what you did, go to Computer Solutions. You will get excellent help in a friendly atmosphere! My problem was solved in 24 hours. Take the computer and power cord into the store. This isn’t a fix that can be done over the phone.

The owner is a computer expert has always been cordial. I would not take my computer anywhere else.

Long story short - I was unfortunately scammed and needed my computer cleaned asap. I called 20 minutes to close and was told if I could be there before close he would start on my computer overnight so that I could hopefully have it the next day. Owner is extremely nice, down to earth, helpful and understanding. Most importantly he did not make me feel worse about the situation as I was beating myself up pretty badly. Edited to add : Computer is even faster than it was and he explained everything thoroughly. Please check this place out for your techy needs!

I called earlier this morning for a VGA to HDMI adapter for my fiancés computer. The people here were kind and courteous, when she arrived she showed the owner the picture of the connectors on the monitor and he suggested another adapter that was half the price of the one I thought I needed which also does HD video. Great service overall I will definitely be coming back when I upgrade my gaming rig

Chaiyz has helped me a few times with some computer issues and each time he has come through. He doesn't only just repair or install what you ask, he also will explain why he does it so you know he's not just trying to take advantage of you if you are not just a tech savvy person. He's gone out of his way to make sure what I got is what i wanted or better. Hope i'll never have to go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Mr. Chaiyz was able to save and retrieve all of my data plus cherished photos when my desk top computer all of a sudden crashed. I would highly recommend his services to anyone having computer type issues. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and affordable as well so I will definitely be using him again.

The owner was patient and very helpful for the amount of time he invested into my laptop. He also educated me on things that seem simple enough but I at first found rather hard. I am so glad he was not at the golf course today. I needed his help and am so very thankful for everything he helped me with.

Every time I have had dealings with Computer Solutions I have found them to be most responsive and knowledgeable, competent, and professional....and a great value. Wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Recently, our home was struck by lightning and it cooked our 13 year old computer. Chaiyz, even being overwhelmed by other computer/lightning issues, was able to rescue all our photos and other data and install it in a new Dell....all done for a most reasonable price.

Chaiyz was very helpful in getting our computer running again. He saved us alot of money by replacing the drive in our computer with a more updated one instead of trying to sell us a new computer!! He also helped us after hours get our printer reinstalled. Computer Solutions is the BEST place to go for all your computer needs.

Chayze is THE man for your computer repair and advice, etc. He's so nice and very knowledgeable about all things tech! He saved me from having to buy a new computer,(and he is not in this business for the money! He just loves what he does and loves helping us non techies for probably a quarter of the fee of any other computer place! )He showed me things that I absolutely needed to know and was very patient with me. If and when I move from KSH, I'll absolutely make the drive when I need his help again! Yes, he's THAT AWESOME! 10 STARS 🌟

Chaiyz was very professional and knowledgeable about everything he did. My computer had a hard drive installed by the manufacturer basically designed to scratch itself when given a large enough bump. I took it here to get it fixed as I had heard great things about this business from other people. He was able to recover all of my data of which he thought none of which could be recovered. That was about 8GB of documents and some pictures that I thought would be lost forever. It took about 3 weeks because of how bad the drive was messed up and he actually put a better drive in my laptop that allows it to run faster! I would highly recommend going here for any computer issue as he is able to solve it all. Please keep in mind Chaiyz is the only person working there at the moment and he will need time to do projects so please be patient with him. Also please be careful with Fridays as he gets absolutely swamped with people picking computers up or asking for things that take a few days to be done in a few hours. I would definitely come back again if there are any issues in the future.

The two guys that i met and talked with were very knowledgeable in the understanding of computers. if an when i need computer repairs or i just want to get a different laptop this is the place that i will come to and i will make sure to tell everyone i know about them and their great service.....

Visited Computer Solutions Keystone for an issue with my laptop and from the first moments I was in the store I felt like Chaiyz was completely trustful. I felt like it was a family member that was handling my computer. To me, the biggest thing I want is someone I can trust and I trust him completely. Computer issues often take time to fix, that wasn't really the case for me, but if it was I would still know he is doing the right thing and at an affordable cost.
