Called to set up service to get rid of roaches, set up monthly service, second month didn't show because she didn't put us on her schedule, then came the following month, missed the next month because it was raining and she doesn't work in the rain. Then came the next month then missed the following month because she was sick. I still have roaches and she blames us because she missed scheduled appointments with no attempt to rechedule. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called because i saw a couple roaches, now 6 months into service we are completely over run.
UDPATE: proof they have no idea what they are doing. Hired a different exterminator and in two weeks we are now bug free. AVOID USING SHAMROCK AT ALL COST. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
