Very helpful and friendly staff.

Jones Gallagher misprinted my family members obituary. In it, they had a living family member listed as dead and misspelled several words.

The funeral was Friday at 11am and the burial was meant to take place at 12pm at Keystone Heights Cemetery. Upon arrival, Jones Gallagher dug and set up the burial at the WRONG GRAVE!!! My family had to depart without burying our loved one and we were told the correct grave would be dug in three hours.

It’s now 5pm, far over three hours, and the correct grave is still not dug. We have not been able to lay our loved one to rest. Kelly from Jones Gallagher has been unapologetic, has hung up on us, and has offered no justice.

PLEASE, do not rely on these people to care for your loved ones.
