I’m leaving 2 reviews. One for the employees and one for their work ethic.
I originally went to Interlachen dmv ,but after my last experience I’ll never go back. I was there from 8:30 (when they open) till 12:00. I did have an unexpected issue with renewing my license on my part, but the staff at Interlachen seemed to care very little about solving it. They refused to speak to my insurance agent and had multiple problems with their system, fax, email ,ect. Even my insurance agent stated
Quote: “I’ve dealt with multiple dmv personal and locations and have never had issues like the one in Interlachen , I don’t know why there giving you a hard time“.
I left and went to Melrose. Explaining my situation to the ladies that work there (30 mins before there lunch) and they took me in , PUT THERE LUNCH ON HOLD JUST FOR ME and handled my problems in less than 30 minutes! They also happily talked to my insurance agent personally to solve the problem. If you want care and good service GO TO MELROSE. Thanks ladies.

It's a friendly atmosphere and the employees are very good at their jobs. They will continue to have my service because of their professional and quick service.

They are all such nice ladies there, they were busy because it is the first of the month but they never rush to get you out and they all kept calm and very helpful.

Moved to Keystone about a year ago and have been to the office several times and have called for information several times. Always friendly, professional and efficient! What a pleasure, can’t believe I’m saying that about the DMV. Lol

Veronica and Janet made a horrible situation, a little bit bearable. I live in Alachua Co. And got my license here at the Bradford location. These ladies were caring kind and compassionate. I have never in almost 40 years have had such a wonderful experience at the dmv...

The ladies are amazing it was crazy busy. Lots need drivers license we wonder if it had anything to do with voting today
