We are fairly new to Keystone, so we were thrilled to find a local spot we can go to for help instead of the Big Box people we had to use in Jacksonville. Chris was absolutely wonderful and very patient in answering our questions and explaining things in terms that us "senior folks" could understand. The entire staff here is very pleasant, polite and helpful. Thank you all!!

Whoa I had to get a new phone for a friend who was in the hospital. Was not looking forward to the experience. Was totally surprised the young man behind the counter was great was in and out with a transfer number in less than 15 minutes. Thank you!!!

I've been going there for several years and have never had a bad experience. I love that they sell used computers. I bought a desktop and a laptop from them. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I especially love Hailey, the miniature greyhound "watchdog." You'll see her cute little "pup" tent across from the counter. I'd say this is my favorite Radio Shack ever, by far, except they fairly recently left the franchise. They still sell the same type of products, but they have a wider variety of fun stuff. It's a good place to do your gift shopping.

This is the best radio shack. They're not corporate owned so they can carry more interesting items (music supplies, used stuff, etc), and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Someone there must have been having a bad day or something when Doanyelle went, they're always super helpful to me. Highly recommended

This staff is amazing. Very helpful. My son bought a pair of earbuds, they would not work correctly. After they tried to get them to connect without success they exchanged them. Always helpful.

Always the very best customer service. Will order products for you, problem solve for you, they take time with each customer. Graylyn is a cell phone guru which makes my life SO much easier. So grateful we have them in town!

The service at this store was outstanding. Mikala knew exactly what she was talking about and exactly what she was doing, a rarity in my everyday association with a number of people I need specific services from. I will be frequenting this store on an ongoing basis.

I had my iPad Pro 9.7 battery replaced here and joshuas expertise was beyond normal. Why is that? I did my research and read that it is extremely difficult to work on an iPad Pro without the screen cracking and he managed to complete the repair unharmed within an hour or two!!! If there were more stars to give I would give as many as possible!

This is a nice little place, I walked in and looked around and it was like heaven, the guys here had everything I was looking for and wanted, old computers at a dirt cheap price and RAM at a better price than any place I have looked at, too bad not to many people come in there, they need more attention!
