Storing my things here has been a wonderful experience. Dee has always gone above and beyond to be helpful, courteous, respectful, kind and really warm and friendly. Dee and the rest of the staff that I have been in contact with have always given me the very helpful service and consideration.
My experience with this company has been one of the best I have ever had with a company because of Dee and her ability to conduct business with kindness, consideration and respect for others. She is absolutely an asset to this business and I will always use this company's services and always refer people to this business because of the great service I have gotten from them.
The grounds are always clean and well maintained. The staff makes sure the property is safe and well protected.

I have rented a unit from Foothills Self Storage for several years. They are the best! They are very conscientious and responsible. They patrol the property, in all kinds of weather, to make sure it is safe and secure. I enjoy my visits with the staff and management as they are always friendly. Not a complaint, but just a comment. Take their speed bumps seriously; they're no joke. Not a problem if you are prepared for them.

As I vacated my storage unit at Foothills Self Storage today after about a year and a half, I was almost sorry to leave. These folks, Dee and Stephanie in particular, take customer service to a whole new level. Dee helped me with move-in and Stephanie with move-out. Neither could have been nicer or more efficient. The facility is clean, convenient, and secure. The rate is ridiculously reasonable - - less than half what I have paid for the same size unit in a similar storage community in Colorado Springs. And (this is kind of off-topic) they have the greatest automated phone system. Instead of having to listen to the whole menu, you have the option of bailing out to the operator immediately. It's little things like this that make a good company great, isn't it!

I have used Foothills Self Storage multiple times throughout the years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and kind and I live the new security gates they've put in with extended access hours. They've also been very helpful and understanding if there has ever been an issue with a missed payment. With automatic payments every month now I know my belongings will be safe and secure and won't be on an episode of Storage Wars ! Thanks Foothills!

The owners are amazing! Very friendly and professional. We have been with them for over 1 1/2 years now. Great price. Always friendly. Site is kept very clean and well maintained. Best storage facility I have ever used.

When I needed the storage, my Mom took the time to call around for me. In the end she thought it was best to go there, as they were the nicest people. Agreed, great owners and staff. Very helpful in my situation. I also love doing business with longtime loveland businesses!

I always had pleasant interactions with the staff, mostly that was Dee, who was so nice and efficient. I had my things stored there for about a year and a half with no negative experience of any sort. I had used another storage facility south of town with a very different experience which helped me appreciate these fine people.

We have stored our campers at Foothills since 2012, and we have never had any problem. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Having access to our camper at any time is certainly convenient. Highly recommended.

I have been renting a unit through Foothills Self Storage for over a year and have never had any problems renting there. The location is easy to get to as well as centrally located and they have great rental prices for their units.The staff is very friendly and there if you have any questions. If I was to ever move out of state and move back, this would be the first place I would go for a storage unit.

Outstanding for storage refugees from the overpriced Denver Metro area!

As someone who has used several storage facilities along the Front Range and in the Denver Metro area, I've gotten tired of high prices, price hikes, and changes in ownership or management at other facilities.

We have used Foothills Self Storage for more than a decade. The staff, notably De, is always courteous and helpful. While one can never guarantee that prices will not change, my experience has been that storage prices have been economical and stable.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Very helpful people and reasonable rates. I think I rented a small (4X6?) space for about 5 years. During that time I got 2 notices of rate changes for my space. Of course that's to be expected but to my surprise both times they were to let me know that my rates were going DOWN, not up. Many thanks to Foothills Storage!

This is the best place I have ever dealt with as far as storage units go. De is a great lady. Very friendly and caring. This place is also clean and very affordable. I have had my stuff here for nearly 7 yrs.

Foothills storage is professionally run and managed (now with a new manager). This place is secure and safe for our toys. Access to electricity and water on limited basis and the place is kept clean. I like the location and the management 100%, good luck getting in because they now stay pretty full. Dennis March, 2013

While building a new home, I had to store all of my shop tools, wood supplies and patio furniture. I stored my equipment in a 10 x 20 foot unit. The ceiling is 10 foot and I was able to stack things to the ceiling and get everything from a 4 stall garage into the unit. I always had good relations with Dee and always was able to access my unit as needed.
I currently have a spot to store my utility trailer and have never had any issues. If you need a temporary or long term need to store anything, I recommend Foothills very much.

I love this place. It is reasonably priced and they are very nice people. For that reason I don't think that a unit sits empty for long. But if you get a chance stop by talk with them and see. Tell them that Ronnie sent ya.

This is a fine place to store your stuff. The staff is helpful and friendly and the property is clean and secure. I've been renting here for several years now and have had no negative issues. You can feel comfortable renting with Foothills.
