I go to different 711s all the time in Loveland but this one is by far the best because of one employee - Ingrid. She is the best employee I've ever encountered at any 711. She always has a smile on her face and is always so friendly. Go to this store and see the difference excellent customer service makes.

Once again I go back to this store and Ingrid has a smile on her face and a nice greeting. I always get the eclairs and before I'm at the counter shes on point and has me rung up and ready to go as well some funny banter to go along with my donuts. Best 711 employee EVER!!!

Very glad this 7-Eleven is there. They have Biltong. Very good service, and it is nice that Laredo's in there as well. Jen was very a very attentive cashier.

The gas pumps are always out of receipt paper you’ll have to go in and wait in line to get a receipt each time

Tried the soda fountain again today. Still flat and I think the mix is off. Has been that way since they opened. I like the tacos, but since the fountain is still flat, I usually go elsewhere.

Clerk very rude!!!! Does not know how to
sell customers the correct lottery tickets.
Should be reported. There are plenty of other
convenience stores where the clerks are friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated

I recently stopped by this location at 4:40 ish in the afternoon, and the lady behind the counter, rings me up for my HOT coffee refill. When I heard the total, I looked at the order screen and proceeded to inform her, that it said I was being charged for an ICED coffee refill.. she voids it, and rings me up for what I thought, was going to be the correct refill, and instead, it's an ICED coffee refill AGAIN. To make matters worse, she then argues with me that the total I was being charged, was correct. When was it ok to argue with a customer... the employee needs to be reprimanded.

Got a taco from the taco place and I just got meat and a tortilla for over $5 no cheese or sour cream, they cost extra. They had some good sauce though

You want to explain why I have been going to this location ever since it opened and have ALWAYS filled my water bottle with ice and water and have NEVER been charged, but for some reason the clerk decided to charge me $1.85 for filling my water bottle with ice and water tonight. Are you kidding me!?!? Im just going to avoid this particular location that is just insane to me.

I was in this store acouple days ago and I was really taken back by how rude the employee was. She refused to give her name and was just all around useless when it came to helping any customers. She had short orange hair. Will not be coming back to this location because of her.

I was just in this location trying to buy $25 worth of merchandise. I tried to pay with a $50 bill and was not able to pay for my stuff because it was too large of a bill. What is this world coming to when you can’t even use u.s. currency in a gas station. I will go out of my way to use a different gas station from now on.

This is absolutely the worse 7/11 I’ve been to there was a orange hair very rude manly looking female that declined to give her name out after I wanted to speak with her supervisor about specific guidelines that 7/11 pledges to, usually have good customer service here to the point I would drive past the one closer to my house to come to this one this employee indefinitely ruined it, hence the store overall 2.9 google rating place is a joke, after going to the one by my house and honoring what she wouldn’t, I will never come back.

For some context, I work down the road from this location and stop by this store multiple times a week. They have never once, until today, had even a single slurpee machine out of order

7/11/2023, National 7 Eleven Slurpee day. I bring my girlfriend for a free small slushee. Coincidentally, every single slurpee machine was down. You know, the one day a year that it might be a touch inconvenient for the employees to keep them up because they’re advertising free slushees, but then do not have them.

I grab a Stuffed Cake. My girlfriend tried one from here last week and really enjoyed it. They are also, advertised as $1 today as they have been the past week. I paid $1 for it the week before today.

We come to the register and before I could even make a comment about how “convenient“ the slushee machines being down was for them, the employee himself (white guy, late 30s working at 6:45PM) says sarcastically, “Kinda weird that our slurpee machines are down today of all days huh?”

Really upset us to hear such a jab over such an insignificant thing. He then rings up our stuffed cake for $3. When I say that they’re supposed to be a dollar, he says, “they make us ring them up like this.” And refuses to even acknowledge the 3x price difference. I say that I just won’t buy it and he asks me to go put it back in the cabinet even though it had clearly been in my bare hand since all of the bags were on the ground.

Clearly the staff was being insanely lazy. They wanted all the perks of the 7 eleven branding with none of the effort the other stores put in. I plan on living in Loveland for the next decade and I will NEVER step foot in this location ever again. It was disgusting and the blatant disrespect from staff really upset me and my girlfriend.

This store needs to stock their store better and make sure they have over stock of nachos!!!!!

Clerk was racist! refused to take a Mexico ID stating it was against the law and against policy when it has been taken before at that store. Clerk stated “I’m not going to scan your mexican piece of shit”. unbelievable!
