What a beautiful area! Great trails for walking, hiking and riding. Beautiful scenery, bridges, permanent restrooms during the warm season, ample parking, pretty quiet overall with just a slight bit of road noise.

Gorgeous nature area connected to North Trail that’s relatively quiet besides the abundance of bikers that frequent the paved paths. Sunset Vista is the perfect stop to make whenever you need some brief time outdoors while remaining in town. Whether you’re running, biking, getting some air, or just taking the dog for a walk, this is a beautiful place to explore! :)

This is a gateway to trails both both north to Fort Collins and South/West deeper into Loveland. It is my favorite place to meet for e-biking because of the variety of trails. There is easy access off of 57th street. It is complete with plenty of free parking and restrooms.

Great views and well maintained. I came here not having been on a bicycle in almost 20 years and the path was easy to navigate. Even for my 44 year old new again cyclist.

This is a well maintained walking trail (although in late summer it gets a little overgrown near the trees where you cross between the little ponds). The gravel trail is 1 mile and connects on both ends to the paved bike path. It’s probably 1.5 miles if you walk a loop with the bike trail. The bathrooms off the parking lot are still fairly new and clean. Since this is a newer natural space it’s not very busy.

New natural area currently under development on north edge of Loveland. Old farmstead property, trees & open space. Rural. Beautiful mountain Vistas. On the City of Loveland Recreation Trail. South beginning point for the new Loveland to Fort Collins Recreation Trail. (Also under construction June 2018). Parking lot also under construction. Enter off of 57th Street.
