I was in the market for a Porsche GT3 and found the exact spec I was wanting at Tri City Auto Gallery! Within minutes, I was on the phone with Jason Jones and the next morning one of their salesmen, Dylan Bolton, sent me about a dozen pictures and 2 amazing videos! I live in Indiana, so this was super great!
Ended up having them take the car to the local Porsche dealership to have a PPI done - all went well and purchased the vehicle.

From start to finish, Jason and Dylan were incredibly transparent and gave me constant updates throughout the entire process. I could not be happier! To top it off, Jason called me a day before the car was picked up from Porsche to be delivered to me and said since the car was being picked up from Porsche, they did not have time to fill it up for me. So, they overnighted a $100 check so I could fill it up. WOW! Talk about top notch service!!

My year long search for a Mach I ended at Tri City Auto Gallery. The car was just as Phil had described, and price was in line with others I'd researched and considering it was only 4 hrs away the choice was a no brainier. No reason to price haggle, it was worth the posted price in the first place. Everything was done seamlessly over the phone, I just popped in, met Brady the owner and the other staff while paperwork was completed. Checked out the Trophy room as well! I would check with them first when looking for that rare vehicle!

Had the best buying experience I have ever had here working with Dylan. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. If you get a chance to work with Tri City do it, really great people there.

Picked up a 21 Mach 1 and it wasn’t even the car I was going to look at. Very open and honest staff. Dylan was great helping me pick out what car I wanted let me test drive without notice! Plus going through the paperwork it ended up being a better deal I originally agreed too!

I reached out to a dealer in Las Vegas regarding a 2017 Acura NSX they had available. We negotiated for a few days before coming to an agreement. Just before I was to sign paperwork for the car I was informed that it had been wholesaled by the owner, but he failed to inform his employees. I was beyond frustrated.

A week later a friend sent me a link to that exact NSX at Tri City. The dealer in Vegas wholesaled in to Tri City. What are the odds of that? I showed up unannounced and was instantly greeted by Dylan as soon as I got out of my car. I told him I was there to look at the NSX, but was informed that the owner kept the car at his house due to the value. Brady was more than willing to go to his house and bring it by and was very accommodating to whatever I wanted to do. Brady and I negotiated on the price for a whopping 30 seconds before coming to an agreement. I expected that part to drag out, as it's usually the most difficult part of the entire buying process.

I let them know I had a pre-approval and they were able to jump through all the hoops my lender needed. They were on top of their game, but I can't say the same for my lender. I decided to stop wasting my time with the lender and put in an application with Tri City. Within two hours I received a call from Kris in finance. She was able to get me a lower rate than I could find anywhere else. I have no idea how she was able to swing that rate, but I was instantly onboard with it.

I showed up the next morning and the car was out front, detailed, a full tank of gas, and ready to go. I went inside to sign the paperwork. Kris was 100% prepared for me and I was out of her office in 5 minutes. Dylan walked me out to my new car, I shook Brady's hand on the way out, and I was on my way back to Denver in this amazing machine.

I looked high and low for an NSX in this color with these options. I've had the exact same car in another color for over 3 years and I knew exactly what to look for and what I wanted. This car is not missing a single option. Every box is checked from the factory and it's in amazing condition. A 2017 with only 15k miles is difficult to find.

I can't say enough great things about Tri City Auto Gallery. If they're able to find this car then I'm confident they will be able to find any car I'm looking for in the future. I hope this is the first of many purchases through Tri City. Thank you again to Dylan, Brady, and Kris for the best car buying experience I've had (and I've had at least 20 of them).

Found an awesome Jeep that I was super excited to take home! The staff is super friendly and Dylan made sure everything was taken care of in order to get me in the jeep I wanted and went above and beyond to help with finalizing my loan with my bank ! Great experience overall and super quick !

I was looking for a ZL1 Camaro on line and came across one at Tri-City Auto Gallery. I decided to call and get some details. Brady answered the phone and assured me the car was in excellent condition. Since I never bought a car without looking at it in person I appreciated that his salesman, Dylan, sent me a walk around video. He quickly followed up on the sale with shipping and photos of the car being loaded. It was exactly as he described when it arrived at my house. These guys are first class.

The people at Tri City are simply the best to work with! Brady, Dillon and Chris were awesome and pressure free! I put some money down and put off doing the paperwork and picking it up for a week due to travel and not once did they put any heat on me to get the deal done! When I went to pick up the car it was quick and easy with the paperwork and the car was washed up and ready to go!!!!! I have done more than one deal with these guys, and it's been a pleasure!!!!! Best experience on buying my 2019 challenger hellcat redeye very easy to deal with and there attention to detail was excellent both Brady and Colin we're top notch.
