Saying that this Spencer’s is excellent would be merely an understatement. The service I received here from the assistant manager was Superior. Chris made sure I was comfortable picking out a selection for my adult toys. They were very informative and out of all the adult stores I’ve been to I’ve never felt so comfortable. I will definitely make sure to refer all my friends and co workers to this location because the staff is great and the deals are perfect.

This Spencer's felt nicer than most. Maybe it's because it's unique, being that it's part of an outlet mall rather than the typical in-mall setting. As far as those on the fence about adult toys, the staff is friendly and will not make you feel uncomfortable. Typically weekends it's flooded with younger teens giggling (it's okay) so if you want more comfort just go at a random hour during the week.

Chris was amazing, so friendly and helpful. I was looking for shot glass that I've searched everywhere for, Chris was the man to find it for me! Thank you, it's the perfect gift I was looking for!

Great customer service! Super helpful staff! After trying for days to get a hold of someone
by phone/email/chat with no luck I went to the store. They exchanged my broken dance pole kit that I ordered online with no problems 😊. I even got a better kit than the one I bought online. I am super happy 😄 with the new spinning dance pole kit. Thank you !!!

Pretty sure Spencer's is still around because it's a badass store with a badass inclusive and funny vibe.
