Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins

I travel to Loveland twice a month for work and this hotel has given me the best service by far! I have been to all the Marriott’s in the area and this one by far has the best management/employees. It also has an outstanding complimentary breakfast. I will be booking here for all future stays.

My family has had to be in Loveland under tragic circumstances and happened upon this hotel that is close to the hospital. The night I got here Connor made me feel absolutely enveloped in love and support. In the next few days Brianna, Josie, Mel and Becca have given us so much comfort and care and Connor remembered my brothers name a whole week later which was so thoughtful! This is by far the nicest hotel I've been to. I have literally no complaints and that's rare for me. Lbvs. They made this a little easier to bear.

I don't ever give 5's, this is a great place to stay!! The staff are wonderful and caring - they take time to get to know their guests! The hotel is close to the hospital, makes it quicker going to see your loved one and getting back to the hotel.

It looks really nice, from the bus I was riding on, as we drove by. Remote review in lieu of an in person review pending Google renting a room for reviewer at Inn.

I showed up a little early for my stay. I asked the nice young lady at the front desk if a room was available? She told me not only was my room ready but that I had gotten a room upgrade because of my Platinum Elite status. I parked my car and brought in my bag and this very nice young lady handed me a little gift bag with a drink and a snack as well as a handwritten card thanking me for being a loyal customer. That meant the world to me! Thanks Josie!!

Great experience, comfy beds and when my daughter left her iPods there accidentally they took them to the front desk and saved the day

I have stayed here several times over the past few years and they have always been amazing. The front desk staff are amazingly helpful and friendly and the housekeeping staff are so kind and courteous and they always do an amazing job. This most recent stay I had to have my elderly cat Potato as well as a rambunctious toddler. There is room for everyone and Potato is comfortable sharing a room with three other humans so it's a win for everyone.

I volunteer for Pilots for Christ in Wyoming. We transport people, mostly to Denver, for medical appointments. My client hadn’t been here for a month but Josie at the front counter remembered him. It made his day, and mine. She was wonderful and caring with her attention to every detail making sure all his needs were met.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I asked for extra items in my room and the housekeeping took less than 5 min to bring it. The cleaning staff is very friendly and attentive. They made sure that my stay was wonderful and comfortable. Only one thing I did not like, when I went down to have breakfast at 6:00am the whole lobby was dirty. It is very unpleasant to have breakfast in such an environment. But in the end, the stay was comfortable. I give my room and the cleaning team 5 stars

This hotel was pretty nice! I loved the smell. The room was set up great! I love how they did the little designs with the towels! So creative! Breakfast was good.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most of the other Marriott hotels I've stayed at.

Staff is really nice. Great hotel, rooms seem really clean. I an doing work on the hotels. They really do care about the quality of their buildings. Would recommend staying here. I will definitely stay in the future. They are not interested in cutting corners like most hotels I have done work for in the areas.

The staff and customer service was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean. Oh and they have large screen tvs. Not some little flat screen. Fantastic stay!
We even enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the outside patio that was fenced in.

My group was traveling across the country - from Washington to the east coast. We were staying at a different hotel and had a terrible experience. We were able to call the Fairfield Inn and they were able to accommodate all of our requests. Upon arriving, they had water and snacks waiting and was super sympathetic to our experience. Cora met us there in the evening and provided incredible suggestions for a good meal (and drink!) in Loveland and made sure that we were taken care of. Upon leaving, we had a wonderful conversation with Marie who recommended some phenomenal restaurants to try in Denver - which we ended up going to two and they were both AMAZING. The customer service experience in itself is worth the 5-stars! An even better bonus was that the beds, room, and overall property was excellent too!

Great location, right across from the hospital for our morning appointment. The front desk agent, Kali was very informative and welcoming. A great asset for the company.

Bed was comfortable and roomy. Easy parking and well kept pool and hot tub. Thank you !

Very nice hotel, stayed in a King bed suite on the 3rd floor. The room was good size and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and had a mix of soft and firm pillows to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful, we ran out of toothpaste and they provided us a travel size one free of charge. The hotel is also right next to the Loveland Outlet.

Room was nice and updated, very quiet my only nit was the pillows were too soft for my taste.

Breakfast was wonderful and staff I can say enough about them.

Came here to have a stay-caution. It was amazing!! Ben gave us an upgrade. The room was clean and the staff were amazing!! So friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to hep you!! Thank you for making this trip amazing! We will def come back again and again.

Awesome place ,the job here is pretty smooth , just rooming till the next spot on a positive vibe, of self conscious observation and how one will change truth to each individual.. a round table is awesome ..but a great stay.. .truly awesome place........
