Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant

A must visit restaurant when in the Breckinridge area. Wide selection of liquors distilled in house in addition to dozens of delicious cocktails and mock-tails. The steak tartare was the table favorite for appetizers. All the sides are worth a try but the “Sticky Charred Broccoli” is a must. The service was prompt and able to provide recommendations for everyone despite the size our group. Will be sure to return the next time I am in the Breckinridge area

One of the country’s highest distilleries makes phenomenal food too! Out of all of our Breckenridge research, this spot came up high on the post every time. And we’re so glad it did!

Stopping in for happy hour (2-5 p.m.) on a Friday in October, my wife and I sat at the bar where we watched the food being made. The orange chicken was a unique menu item but worth getting. The chicken is crispy and the papers on top make the dish. My wife loves the poke bowl. For dessert, the three chocolate cookies were gooey and so good with the cookie batter butter on top and the cereal milk.

The cocktails were great! For $10 on the happy hour menu, I ordered the pear vodka cocktail and my wife the gin one. All their drinks include their own liquor. (You can buy bottles of it in the store/tasting room.)

Service was excellent and the space inviting. There’s a parking lot, free bus, and a free shuttle.

The staff here from the hostess to our waiter are all top notch, friendly and efficient. Our wait time from drinks to food was quick. The staff all work together too! The taste in our food and drinks were delicious!

We had the Breckenridge Distillery as our reception venue for our wedding the first weekend of December this year. I cannot say this enough - everyone who works at the Distillery is absolutely fantastic. Liz, the Event Coordinator for events at the Distillery, is not only talented but so kind and accommodating. She helped us create our dream atmosphere for our reception, and it was perfection. Food was delicious. Drinks were fun, festive, and delightful. Our guests had endless compliments. It was 10/10 AMAZING. We cannot recommend enough. We are not locals, but we are already planning a trip back to visit and will most definitely be making a stop to dine, drink, and see our friends at the Breckenridge Distillery!

We did the ultimate upgrade tasting with chef's morsels paired with 5 pours. There was a private guide elaborating on each course, and we learned a lot about the distillery. Every bite and sip was a treat to our taste buds. It was a fantastic experience.

Amazing experience after our distillery tour. I got the NY strip, with potatoes cooked in duck fat. Everything came out expensive, definitely recommended to anyone interested in some good food and dining experience.

Went there for some evening bites and drinks. They had their happy hour 2-5pm. We got the tot and pork ribs, and their cocktail. Everything was great. Our sever rod was very nice and recommended us some dishes . Overall the vibe and place was a great evening hang out. We even picked up their award evening gin on the way out.

Happy hour at Breckenridge Distillery, Smashburger, spicy pork rinds, Obi-Wan old fashioned , Lifes a Pear, Apples to Apples(smoked), and Rogue Planet.

My family and I had an amazing experience here on Christmas Eve! The food and cocktails were some of the best we’ve had in a long time. The fried chicken plus a few sides was the perfect meal for five of us. Highly recommend!!!

LOVED this experience! If you enjoy spirits (especially bourbons), this is a must visit. Very cool dining area with bourbon barrel decor and the spirits live up to their accolades.

We had heard that the restaurant was just as good as their spirits, 5-Star Renowned, which I can confirm. I had the Grilled Bang Bang Shrimp Rice Bowl and it was full of flavor and still light on the stomach (but filling!). My buddy got the Sticky Pork Ribs as recommendation by our server and he wasn’t let down; he loved the sauce.

The Tasting was informative and fun. Tried the two free sips and then paid $8 for 3 samples of the higher end bourbons (which were awesome). I recommend the Madeira Finish for a subtle finish and the Rum Cask Finish for a rich finish.

Even the “basic” Bourbon Whiskey Blend was great. Took a bottle back to WI to enjoy.

We had such a wonderful dinner!!! J. was our waitress and was so pleasant and attentive. Side dish to die for? Wild mushrooms and the cauliflower gratin. Good for 2 large servings each or 3 moderate servings. We had the bacon slices, don't hesitate to squeeze the lemon wedge provided.. The lemon custard dessert was incredible as well... Drinks poured to perfection. Oh! And the steak knives are the Laguiole brand cherry on the cake. 5 stars for sure.

Only did the tasting room, no food. It smelled great inside, large seating area, and bar. The tasting employee was knowledgeable and very friendly. Tried 4 kinds of whiskey and got a couple bottles to go. Just enough swag to buy also.

Made a reservation for 4pm (during happy hour) days in advance. Got to try a bunch of different apps and drinks! Not a single bad thing on the menu! The drinks were outstanding! If you come here for only the drinks, you certainly won’t be disappointed!

We have been here once before for drinks and apps but tonight we came for dinner. Can not put into words how good this was! The specials were amazing. The apps are to die for and the drinks are insane. It is sooooo good. I cannot imagine giving them any less than five stars. And to top it off the service was top notch!

Absolutely excellent food and delicious drinks to match. Austin is a top notch server as well.

We went on a Thursday night during mud season. We arrived early and were seated right away. The place was full within the hour. Get a reservation!

The space is industrial and hip. Lots of hard surfaces, and a bit chilly. Comfortable enough.

We ordered several small plates and a few cocktails. The plates were inventive and delicious. The cocktails were good.

Our dessert was the bourbon float. Delicious!

We will be back but we'll have a reservation!

Simply amazing. We made a meal of the happy hour food and drinks. The 420 tots never disappoint and the ribs are fall off the bone. The flavors are spot on and we go here every time we come to Breck. A must go!

Excellent dinner and drinks! Our server, Joel, knew the menu inside and out and provided excellent recommendations for cocktails (Obi-Wan Old Fashioned and a gin based seltzer called Passion for Winter). The beet salad was light and refreshing, the filet was cooked perfectly, and the chicken & dumplings were very tasty. The chicken portion was large; we would have preferred a little more dumpling and a little less chicken! We enjoyed being able to see all of the different dishes coming out of the kitchen and wishing we could have just one bite of each! Definitely recommended and will be back on our next visit to Breckenridge.

The whiskey tasting paired with food was amazing. We were a group of 8 and had a private tasting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and our group enjoyed ourselves. The food was very tasty and overall the quantity and quality was worth the cost.
