Great experience! How much can I thank these amazing humans!They were busy but with a great attitude every time they entered my room! They truly took their time to figure out what was wrong with me and not just give me medication and send me home. Yes it took a bit of time but 100% love the staff from the blood drawn to to pushing me to my car I want to thank all the staff that prepped me for my surgery the doctors and all the nurses involved the team work helping each other out and love was felt. Thank you again!

Everyone in the emergency room was a caring professional. They made sure that I was comfortable, answered all of my questions and made sure that I was informed every step of the way about the procedures that they were doing. At no time did I feel any disrespect. I was treated like I was their only patient even though they were very busy that night. I am amazed at their intricate dance by doctors, nurses ,lab technicians and X-ray/scan specialists working together!

Great ER but the wait times and crabby doctors make it hard to give glowing reviews. The ER is never fun, but ot the sweet doctor and nurses made my Sunday experience great while my Monday daytime visit awful. Everyone is well trained but the difference in ATTITUDE tells a bigger story.
Moral of story: go Sunday evening, not Monday afternoon.

No one "likes" going to the emergency room, but if you must, this is the place to go. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! I was seen very quickly, my concern was understood and attended to immediately. Although it was an "emergency" situation, the experience was the best that it could have been under the circumstances. I would HIGHLY recommend UC Health ER!

I had my first visit to the emergency room at the Medical Center of the Rockies. The doctor and nurses that attended to me were exceptional! They made me feel at ease and confident in their care. Even though I wasn’t feeling good, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr Green and Carissa were outstanding in my care at my recent visit at MCR Emergency department. Dr Green was amazing and took time to explain things in detail to me. He went above and beyond in his care with me. Very pleased with my visit.

This was absolutely the best ED experience I have ever had! Dr Scozzafava and staff were awesome! They were fast, efficient, kind, caring, compassionate, listened to my concerns and reiterated that they understood what all was going on with me and my symptoms and what i was hoping to accomplish. Thank you to all who had an active role in my very positive Emergency Department visit.

Every single person working for UC Health today proved to be above and beyond any expectations I could've had. I walked through a miscarriage today and the personal care and nurture from these individuals have helped me in my process of healing. As sad and exhausted I am I have to leave a review because there is a dream team working for us at his hospital. This handmade pillow was given to me by a beautiful nurse in remembrance of our baby. Jesus used this hospital and staff to save my life and for this I am eternally grateful

Our son got hurt at football, and we were blown away by the incredible care our son received in the ER. They were friendly, attentive, great communicators, and compassionate. They made a super scary situation feel manageable. We are so grateful to have such an amazing hospital in our community.

First and for most the security here are a joy and people really give them a hard time, they deserve so much more!

Dr. William was amazing and helped in anyway he could to find out what was going on. I absolutely loved my nurses, they helped me in so many ways from being helpful and answering any questions to throwing in a joke here and there! It really made the visit less stressful so thank you!

By far the best care in the area. I have unfortunately had to be seen multiple times over the years and have never had a bad experience. After a scary ride to the ER in an ambulance with my young daughter due to a back injury she sustained yesterday I am so grateful to everyone there. They were so kind to us. She was already terrified but they took the time to explain everything they were doing to her and put her at ease. When people say the right people in the right position I think of the UC Health system and especially this ER. They answered every question we had and made sure to explain all results and procedures clearly. They did their best to show that she mattered and they'd do their best to help her. When we finally came home I teared up from the chaos of the day but the tears turned into tears of joy from the gratitude I felt for the team that helped us. It could have been such a different experience. Thank you ER staff! You are truly one of a kind

Professional, courteous experts in emergency medical care. I was expecting DMV slow service, but this place was fast and efficient. The RN warned me about delaying my visit to the ER, rightly so. My bad.

The timeliness of being seen was great , Diagnosing my condition and treatment was very quick and thorough. The staff was great.

Best hospital ever! Great doctors, great nurses, great staff! And the food is fantastic! Seriously, my husband and I eat every time he has an appointment and it's never not good!

Very well kept building, the staff was all incredibly helpful and personal. I especially want to point out the man with the waxed moustache. He honestly went what felt like above and beyond to make me comfortable while I was having severe panic attacks from the IV and really helped make the situation so much more bearable.

From the intake administrator to the EMT and triage nurse, to my attending nurse and the PA who treated me, I must say, the medical service I received from this group was outstanding. Thus staff was friendly, concerned, professional and experts in their fields, and not just to me but to all those in the waiting room and those that were in the ER beds near me. I recently moved to Windsor and it’s wonderful for me to know that should I need additional emergency care, I will be in good hands at this hospital.

The staff at this hospital is the best! I've unfortunately had to have many encounters with them. My husband was airlifted there and was in ICU and the care was amazing. I'm an asthmatic and have had to go in a few times to the emergency room. The staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.
