My husband Joaquin and I bought a car a few weeks back (a 2010 Beetle). This is our FIRST CAR purchase ever. After searching for months, and dealing with all the typical used-car lot frustrations, I found exactly what I was looking for on this lot. After a quick browse of these reviews, my expectations were that Paul would be honest with me about the Ford Explorer in which I was interested. Within minutes of meeting him I brought up his reputation for honesty and asked him to be honest with me about the Explorer. And he was (which was 100% confirmed after an inspection). It was as simple as that.

There is even more to be appreciative of here. They have a full-service garage on-site! So I bought an Explorer from a dealer I can trust, and can now reach out to him if/when I need maintenance. A trustworthy dealer and a trustworthy mechanic in one transaction. A used-car Unicorn.

My car dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, right before Christmas. FESTIVE....Yes, BUT STILL NOT GOOD! NO dealership had any availability to see my car and I Needed my car fixed for work. Because of Christmas, I could not find a rental car either.

Recently bought an F-150 from TRR and both Paul and Mark were a pleasure to deal with, absolutely no pressure, very relaxed atmosphere, up front and fair with their pricing. Like a lot of folks I'm always skeptical about used car dealers but I believe they are the exception. I would definitely do business with them again. I also like doing business with a veteran owned business.

My husband and I traveled up to Loveland to look at a pick up, not knowing if we were going to purchase that day or not. We left with a pick up that we will hopefully use for many years to come! Paul was amazing. He was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. Truly one of the best car buying experiences that we both had.

I work at a credit union. I've heard so many good reviews from our members who have bought from the Right Ride.

I had my Toyota worked on by them. It took longer than they expected because they ran into some unexpected issues, but they didn't jack up the price with a bunch of extra labor fees. They explained what they were doing and why each step of the way and didn't make me feel like an idiot when i asked questions. (I'm new to arranging all these things on my own.)

I had an extra issue that I asked them if they could work on. They asked a flat labor fee for diagnosing the problem and then deducted that from the cost when I had them go ahead and fix it.

Everything wound up being much less than I was expecting.

Huge shout out to these guys! I'm very skeptical of used car dealerships, but immediately felt at home here. Paul was absolutely fantastic. Gave my wife and I an extremely fair trade value for our two vehicles and got us into a sweet Ford F350. We had visited other dealers, and none had vehicles this clean and staff this friendly. By the time we returned from the test drive, Paul had already prepared financing options and had us all set up. The whole process was easy and extremely fast. Will be recommending them to all friends and family!

Edit: Financed warranty coverage through Elite with these guys. Truck had over 170k miles and we towed an extremely heavy load to anchorage. Transmission gave out 1 year later. Covered $2,000 of the repair cost with no hassle.

Another note: All the vehicles on the lot were meticulously detailed. Huge plus that ultimately earned our business when shopping around.
