I’ve been here twice recently, once in the daytime and once at nighttime. Both times I dealt with different employees and both times they were very nice to me and my kid. Very difficult to find nice workers at places anymore. I’ll definitely be back when I need to since I live very close by.

Usually fairly competitive in price with the nearby Sinclair and Kum & Go.

This place is awful LOL. They are selling carwashes to a carwash behind the station that is CLOSED. I went in for a refund and the guy working behind the counter point blank said - "no sorry, broke" in very poor English. Now, that's ok. I have NO PROBLEM with a language barrier. What I do have a problem with is him telling me I couldn't have a refund on the car wash and that I needed to call the manager. Then handing me a business card for a moving company?! Whattttt? Anywho. Called corporate. They told me to drive back and they would talk to whomever and get me $8 more in gas. Sure. I do that. Same guy is at the counter, refuses to talk to corporate but DOES cuss me out en Español and angrily rips $8 out of the till before handing it over to me and calling me more fun Spanish names. Yes. I know Spanish un poquito haha. And no young man, I'm not a stupid b word LOL. Never. Ever going back.

I had the worst experience here today usually they are absolutely amazing there. I buy a vape from them every 2ish days $20 per vape. Today I went in to get one and I walked right out the front door opened it and it did not work so walked right back in to get an exchange. I didn't walk back to my car just right out the front door. They ACCUSED me of trying to trade an old one and stealing. For one the last one I had was actually the Pacific Cooler one not the Mango Ice one I got today. I spend $100s of dollars in this store and hardly ever get a vape that doesn't work but instead they sat there saying I stole. I told them to check their cameras and they refused. Finally got a replacement for the non working one that I had just bought. I will NEVER again go into this gas station. Lost my service after accusing me of stealing today instead of just seeing I was being truthful. 😡 I'd say know your customers and since you don't you lose the ones you are rude to.

I came to get gas, but the pump told me there was a card error and I needed to see the cashier. Went in and there was no cashier. I waited 5 minutes and watched other customers come in and leave. Went across the street and my card worked fine and as crazy as it sounds, they had cashiers there. This is an interesting concept that Valero might want to try.

Nastiest bathroom I've ever been in. Not even soap in the dispenser. Yuck!!
