My husband was treated wonderful those people are more than nurses and doctors they made me feel like their family .doing things to help my husband from the time he was brought in to the time when he passed. Not including me . They were there for me . On a scale of 10 to 100 I give them 500. Thank you so much UC health. Any one who goes there knows what I mean . Love that hospital. Thank you so much helping my husband and my self .

I CANNOT say enough good things about your Trauma Team!!! My 80 year old mother was in a head on collision and was taken to a different ER. They discharged her with a concussion, skin tears (badly wrapped) and bruises. When she complained of increased pain in her head, I took her to a second ER that’s connected with her regular doctor. They did a quick CT scan, sent her back to the waiting room and then brought her to a triage room for an hour before a nurse came back in to say she was being discharged with no reason why.

I brought her home with me to Loveland and two days later she was still miserable and throwing up. I bypassed the other hospitals in town as I knew their reputation and brought her to MCR. After the ER did the same CT scan, as the other ERs had done, the ER doctor mentioned that they didn’t see any change but wanted the Trauma Team to check her as a precautionary measure.

The PA came in and checked mom head to toe, asking her very pointed questions. He wanted to do a MRI because of what he was seeing (as well as what Mom was saying) and keep her overnight for observation.

By morning, they found that she had a cracked rib, a hematoma behind her eye and a fractured vertebrae all exactly where she said the pain was.

The Spine/Neurology and Trauma doctors checked her over every morning, listened to her, took the time to answer questions and any time they thought there might be something that was missed, they would check it instead of dismissing it.

The nurses, CNAs, case management, kitchen staff and cleaning people all treated Mom with the utmost care and concern. Every day she would tell me a new story about how the staff had helped her.

One quick example that illustrates the level of compassion that she received was demonstrated by Beau, a nursing assistant. My Mom liked him instantly because he was so attentive to her needs. When he was going to have a much deserved day off, Mom expressed sadness that she wouldn’t see him. Beau went and got her a little stuffed kitten to sit on her table. He told her that even though he was going to be off, she could look at the kitten and know he was still concerned about her. This alleviated her anxiety and she decided to name the Kitten “Beau”.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Mom. She is well on her way to healing because your Trauma Team is TOP NOTCH!

I've been going here for a while now, not only for procedures in their or but my doctor's office is also there I love all of the staff and it's very very clean, fast, & efficient! The parking can be a bit hectic,so I would suggest arriving an extra 10mins early for any appointments. This really is one of the best hospitals I've gone to,I highly recommend this facility!

ER visit: Terrific nurses, caring and advocated for extended care. ED doctor wanted to send me home after minimal care, but nurses were great advocates!
Hospital stay: Nurses were amazing, gave excellent care. Doctors that visited in the hospital were caring, thorough, and supportive.

My girlfriend recently gave birth to our firstborn child and the staff in the maternity ward was as helpful and kind as could be. My lady had some complications with the birthing process but they ensured a safe delivery for both her and the baby. They helped guide us through the first few days of parenthood and gave us a lot of solid, well explained advice and I am truly grateful for all of their help. If you are looking for a great hospital to give birth at, I would highly recommend MCR, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the staff here is.

I didn't personally receive care here, but my cousin did. Everyone was so kind and loving. As soon as I walked in, a young lady named Hanna greeted me and my family. We were there to visit our loved one who was not doing well. Hanna was such a bright light during a really dark time.

Even though the hospital was full, they were still able to treat me right away for my kidney infection. They handled it quickly and I was out of there within an hour and a half. They were able to prescribe me medications right in the hospital and gave me a referral for a specialist who I was able to get an appointment for within 36 hours of discharge from the hospital.

Best hospital ever hands down! I love this hospital. My first trip there was an ER visit for my daughters dislocated knee. We received the best service I have ever had at any hospital outside of Children's Hospital. Then, we were invited back for a training class. The class was a blast! We had so much fun, we learned a ton, made some lifestyle changes, and even made some friends. We do all of our healthcare there now. We will continue to use them for our training and medical needs. Best staff!

The care we received here was incredible. While my husband was being treated the nurses etc were so caring and sat with me and truly cared about what I was experiencing.

Love this hospital! Had to bring my one year old daughter into the ER yesterday and from the moment we stepped through the front door I felt seen and heard. Everyone that helped us out was extremely kind and caring. They were speedy and helped us get our baby the care she needed as quickly as they could, but managed to still be thorough and to listen to all of our concerns. Same positive experience wirh the pharmacist. Every facet of this experience left my husband and I feeling so grateful to live so close to a hospital like this.

My wife,Susan, had a procedure at UC Health, Loveland today. Everybody was EXTREMELY caring and just outright terrific. Dr. Wisner & Dr.Mager are very caring doctors and let know when the procedure starts and finishes. The recovery nurses, especially Carrie, are outstanding . Everybody there was just extremely caring today. I can’t believe a place like UC Health, Loveland Hospital really exist today.

Best ER experience me and my wife have ever had. We were in a room super quick, tests, meds, diagnosis and discharge all within 3 hours. The staff were super nice as well. Obviously wait times differ minute to minute, but it beats the 6-8 hour wait times we have in NC. Thank you!

Had my first ever surgery here and my team was amazing and so kind. They eased all of the anxiety I had beforehand to where I didn’t even need meds to calm down. Highly recommend.

Two surgeries in last 14 months. They did a great job with care. I can say they have really ramped up staffing and people are very competent. I think Covid had a big impact, but they have managed through it well.

I live and Florida and was passing through when suddenly I got deathly ill. I had to be intubated and was sedated for almost 3 weeks before I finally woke up. I remember being very afraid because of all the various things in my body that were keeping me alive. All of the staff was so comforting, caring and kind. Being so far away from my wife and daughter was very hard but the staff made it a little bit easier. I wish I could remember his name but there was a travel nurse who worked nights the lived close to where I live in Orlando Florida that made me feel like I was home. The rest of the ICU staff was great as well. I would like to thank all of the other nurses Chaplin's and all others who took care of me and literally saved my life. I will always remember you. If all health care facilities had staff like this places does the health care system it self would be better as a whole.

I had such an amazing experience at MCR when I had my baby! I picked this hospital because my friend had shared that she had all four of her babies here and she loved every experience she had. I felt like I was the only patient at their hospital. It was truly exceptional. Not only that but the facility is outstanding! I also worked with another area in the hospital and they supported me with billing issues and just every time has been great. I can’t say enough good things about MCR!

Just had surgery and overnight care. Level of professionalism and compassion from Staff and particularly the nurses is second to none. I was treated as a treasured member of the family from the time I walked in until the time I left. I don’t know how they maintain this level of care with all of the stress brought on by COVID but they do. I am SO glad to have a facility like this available to me and my family
