The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The storage units appeared well maintained and in good shape, as well as clean. Unit access lanes are wide enough for 2 Uhaul-class trucks abreast with clearance and working room.

I have been using this facility for about 4 years and I have to say that I couldn't ask for a better place or better service! I've had 2 units and stored my travel trailer and school bus here and I would recommend this place to anyone! The prices are good and Alyssa and her husband who manage here are the nicest people you could ever meet! It's safe, secure and there's never been any problems!

had a half shipping container for a little under a year while i was finding somewhere a little more permanent to live. prices weren't bad for the amount of room that i had and the staff is super friendly/helpful. i was never worried about my belongings being stored there because of the gate that requires a code to enter and exit the property. if i am ever in need of a storage unit or somewhere to park a trailer i will definitely be back!!

I have been using Berthoud Lake Storage for my RV for over 12 years. I've never had a problem with security or getting access to my rig. Alyssa, the office manager is a sweetheart and has always been prompt to respond whenever I needed anything. You can trust this storage company!

I stored my belongings at B&J Storage for six years and never had a problem. Alyssa and David were always helpful and pleasant to work with. The facility is fenced and has a code activated gate. The buildings are well constructed and the units stay dry. I would store things there again. Peter
