I love going to this Caribou, they are always friendly and ensure I get my points. Is it bad that they know my drink order before I ask.Lol

That store is usually packed! But the people behind the counter do a great job of keeping things moving! The only thing they could do better is yell out the person's name a tad louder. It's really hard to hear with all the people

They were some of the nicest I have come in contact with in quite a while as far as service. After the weekend we had and they made it better.

Shout out to the staff who was on yesterday morning (Sunday Sept. 10th) at the Caribou coffee at Tobies in Hinckley. Y'all rock!

I always enjoy the customer service and my mint flavored iced coffee or caramel high rise at Caribou in Hinckley, MN. Alex, Autumn, and Amanda provide excellent customer service every time! In fact, all employees are fabulous there. The coffee is always delicious too. I have also had their turkey, bacon & egg mini and egg& cheese on a bagel; absolutely delicious!! Very happy customer. #sogood☕ #coffeeismylovelanguage❤

This review is for Tobies station /gas /snacks. I realize The name is for Caribou,but the picture they show me, is actually Tobies! It says Caribou coffee, but that just must be inside Tobies? Anyways, I was seeking string cheese and a protein shake. They were out of string cheese, popular item! And grabbed some salted peanuts $2.69 I think and a protein shake drink $2.89 I think. Not busy at all. Haven't been here in Years!

Great place to stop for coffee! Friendly employees and all that. Unfortunately it's inside a gas station.

This is the gas- station part of Tobies, just to get coffee/ tea, cookies, etc,
and use the restroom. It was busy, a Sunday afternoon in January.
My tea was very hot; I let it sit in my cup for 20 min in the car. Chamomile mint.

I’ve been to this caribou a few times and always had solid experiences. This last time, while the service was excellent, my latte tasted of burnt espresso. I used to barista at a caribou so I have a pretty good idea of when something tastes off. I wrote in a comment to corporate and the manager promptly made every effort to reach out to me, I was so impressed! She said their machine was, in fact, malfunctioning and someone came out to fix it the next day. She apologized and offered to reimburse me with a gift card. I wasn’t really expecting anything beyond an apology and maybe a thanks for the heads-up, so the fact that she went so far above and beyond absolutely made my day!

I always stop here on my way to and from, I just LOVE caribou, but the employees are definitely what make this one special. They are friendly and always turn out the correct drinks, which is why I wad SHOCKED when a large group in line ahead of me was incredibly rude to the staff. It was just tonight at 5:30, so they can't even blame it on "Morning Crankies." They were downright rude and were acting like they owned the place and acted EXTREMELY put out when the drink that normally had cookie crumble didn't appear to have any on top. Instead of asking nicely about it they were demanding and snarky and the employees handled them so calmly I was shocked. I specifically made sure to check the name tags and it was Mallory and Gracie who were working this evening. They were so relaxed and polite back to the rude customers that I didn't even know what else to do than to write a review. If nothing else, let this review be a reminder to remain polite and courteous to your baristas, they are doing their best!!!

This was a very convenient place to stop on our way home from a trip up north, the bathrooms were clean, and the service was quick!

Hands down best customer service I've ever received. These guys and gals have the best work ethic and care I've seen in many years. Coming from management, these are the types of people I'd want working for me! Amanda and Deanna specifically have "popped" out at me, as they repeatedly amaze me at their ability to handle whatever comes through the door. You can tell all the staff work hard to remember customers and their drinks. They really individualize us and never provide anything but examplary service.

If time is of the essence and you can't eat at the restaurant you can always find the goods from the bakery and wonderful coffee from Caribou at the gas station!

Very friendly staff working there. First time there, and so excited there is a Caribou in Hinckley!!! Sara (I think that was her name) went above and beyond to make the perfect drink for me. It was delicious!! Not too sweet and actually tasted like coffee. Very pleased with this Caribou. As far as the complaints I seen on here all I can say is that almost every Caribou does the drinks a little differently I've noticed. I originally ordered the Coffee Cooler but ended up giving it to my husband because it was too sweet. I ordered another drink and just asked the girls and ended up with my new favorite drink. Just being kind goes a long way!!

Amanda makes the best dam coffee ever shes always so happy and greats you with a smile!:) she trains those workers how to make the coffee right! I dont like going to the Cambridge one because they make my drink wrong almost everytime and amanda knows the right way!!!

I always get amazing service at this location. I really like the server Amanda. She went above and beyond for one of my orders, creating something that I absolutely enjoy. Thank you so much!

My gf and I always love Caribou coffee, but the service at this location is always exceptional. Don't forget to try the daily trivia for a dime off your order!
