Days Inn by Wyndham Hinckley

Basic, friendly, great parking, great location, very comfortable. They have coin washers and dryers in good clean condition. This is the only place I would stay at in Hinkley, mostly based on the amazing staff: front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Staff gave us excellent service & very friendly. Days Inn was very comfortable and gave a very warm feeling the moment we walked through the door.

Exactly what you’d expect for a small, off highway hotel. The rooms were really clean actually and the service was nice. Hot tub was out of service which was sad! But it was nice, clean and quiet.

DQ & Hardies within walking distance. Other food & drink options are also within 3 minutes of walking.

Staff are great and super nice,polite and friendly. We enjoyed the pool, free wifi, cable, fresh coffee they always have available and breakfast! 😋 I have to also mention the discount!

Super disappointed in the hotel. We came to relax and sit in the hot tub after a long 80 hour week just to find out after we arrived that the hot tub hasn’t worked in 3 years. Get up to our room and my son found a dead bug in our room. We will never stay again

I've been to this hotel many times without any issues. Great valued place with a pool and hot tub.

Our stay at the Days Inn in Hinckley was comfortable and quiet. Everyone that we met there was pleasant and very helpful. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed.

All was clean. The front desk personnel was very polite. I like to say silly things to see if the person at front desk is polite. I had no problem what so ever with anything. Even the breakfast was except able. Oops would of liked to have juice but can't always have what you want. I even left a tip for cleaning person.

Was a nice hotel, very close to my Ace car rental and the airport.. but didn't have a mini-fridge so my leftovers went bad.. the light above the computer desk didn't work, didn't have shampoo, just conditioner in the room.. I'd maybe stay again, but not for an extended stay...

** UPDATE -- the person who responded is correct, I was thinking of the one near the airport, and close to Ace rental car -- This hotel was nothing but perfect, and friendly staff! Everything was there. Highly recommend if you're headed to the casino up there!

Great place to rest w Continental breakfast, indoor pool. Rooms are kept really clean, if you need anything towels service desk is willing to help with all needs. The only thing that sucks is the hot tub is down, must fix!

Owner & staff give excellent service & very friendly. Room was very clean & breakfast was delicious with hot items. Definitely would stay here again.

Great hotel. Rooms were very accommodating with fast check in and out. Breakfast was better then I expected with waffles being the highlight. The staff went above and beyond with helping me and made me feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back. Hopefully the pool is open in the future

Clean rooms good customer service

Nice hotel! Very welcoming lobby and the room was bright and very clean. Only downside is that it's a little bit weird getting there from the main road but not too bad.

For the area (not a city style hotel).. this was great. beds are comfy. Its clean . The halls aren’t but they also have construction workers staying here that are working on a job up north so that’s bound to happen. The girl apologized for it in advance of me even seeing it. And housekeeping left us a special message. I travel a lot by a lot I mean every weekend im in some hotel somewhere in the US and the only company that has every left me an “enjoy your stay memo” was Disney at a $500 a night hotel. So kudos to housekeeping. The hot tub was the only thing not operable and apparently its been that way for years, but for people who worry about covid they had a great pool policy. They had time slots and they seemed to work well. We aren’t planning on breakfast but it is offered.

We called ahead for a reservation and talked to Debbie, the manager she was awesome. She told us they are pet friendly and were able to bring our puppy. Once we got there Dale at the front desk very polite and helpful. If you're looking for a place to sleep for the night while traveling up north this is a great stop. Also, there are lots of food stores around to choose from I'd you're hungry.

Almost all of Hinkley was sold out, but we managed to get a last minute room here. I wasn’t too thrilled since I assumed it would be a dump. Actually this place was newly remodeled and super clean! Plus the staff was super cool and we didn’t have any competition in the pool and hot tub! I’d stay here again in a heart beat. I was pleasantly surprised!

We had are first Substantial snowfall on Saturday it was getting dark and the roads were bad had to get a room with 6 kiddos. Days Inn had comfy beds and my kids loved the breakfast!!!! I also appreciate that they rented us a room Other places had turned us down others we're going to make us pay high prices It was not safe for my children on the interstate that night!! Thank you ❤

Loved this motel. It was super quiet, bed was comfortable, room was a good size, bathroom was small but that's ok. The staff was amazing & the indoor pool area was very clean.
