Americas Best Value Inn Hinckley

Enjoyed our stay in December with delightful staff that met every need we had. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to catch a shuttle for the airport. Already made reservations for our return next
month. Very well protected with cameras and able to leave our vehicle with no worries of damage to it.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Great location. They are pet friendly. Overall experience was great. Would definitely stay there again.

I love this hotel they have really friendly staff. Nice housekeepers. Clean rooms great place to stay nice location right next to a gas station liquor store family dollar fast food across the bridge. Will definitely be staying again

I'm currently employed here.. and I'm VERY LOYAL TO MY BOSS and to my fellow employees. MY BOSS helps this community and other organizations with temporary housing for the homeless. In my opinion MY BOSS SHOULD GET A METAL 🪙 for what she put up with and goes through to help people daily. It's unfortunate not everyone sees this. Sometimes my boss has to deal with rooms that get DESTROYED by individuals who SHE LETS STAY HERE ON GOOD FAITH. MY BOSS IS DOING GODS WORK AND THATS ALL IM GONNA SAY ABOUT THAT.

Horrible service from the front desk. No respect what so ever. Bugs in the hotel room. Room looked nothing like the pictures. 12/10 do not recommend.

My children and I stay here once a month and we absolutely love love love this place. They have large quite rooms, onsite laundry, free wifi and great and helpful staff. We do miss the breakfast though and hope they bring it back soon. We have never had any issues with making reservations and have always enjoyed our stay.

I gotta admit, some of the reviews were scaring me a little but I wasn’t gonna let them deter me. We’re still here, we don’t check out until Sunday and I have no idea what all you negative Nancy’s are talking about! This place is absolutely ADORABLE! Sure some things could use a little updating but that’s what adds to the charm of it! The jetted tub is AWESOME! The bed is COMFORTABLE! The staff is GREAT! And no I’m not a worker here leaving a good review just to boost morale, I’m an actual customer staying here right now, a completely HAPPY customer!!

Loved it what a great clean affordable stay i had

Beth at the front counter is the best! She was so nice over the phone and in person. She was helpful with telling us where to get a bite to eat, how to work the thermostat, etc. Can't say enough good things about her! The room was huge! Has a couch and 2 arm chairs, very comfy! The bed was was comfortable too. The room also had a small refrigerator and microwave. It was nice to sit on a couch with my feet up and relax before we went out. We would stay here again. My expectations were low as the outside was in need of an upgrade but the room was fresh, clean and very roomy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was half of what we had paid the day before at another hotel and much, much cleaner. I would stay there again if i were in the area. It was only a couple of miles from Grand Casino.

Very clean well kept rooms. The staff was not only accommodating, but offered some great local tips. Very affordable as well.

Beth at the front desk is so knowledgeable and nice. Price is right for a convenient location close to a bar, convenience store, smoke shop and laundromat

Awesome stay-the manager Beth and her front desk gal were both very friendly and helpful-the room was just a room but we weren't expecting the Trump towers. Very easy to get anything you want close to everything. I will be back to stay here for next concert without a doubt.

I reviewed this hotel earlier in the week and gave it one star. I am changing that to a five star because when i called Beth today she had already refunded me the full amount. I still cannot recommend the rooms for an anniversary, but for a one night crash it would be adequate.

I had a small problem which was quickly fixed by the manager. Very friendly and helpful place. Clean and quiet rooms. I recommend this hotel.

The people here are awesome. Close behind them are the grounds and rooms. Excellent views with the most comfortable home-like qualities. I don't want to leave lol. The next hotel could be presidential suite in some ritz something in Abu Dhabi and I'd be like 😴 where's america's best value inn in minne frikin sota

It's an older hotel but it's clean

Rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed at, front desk lady is friendly, plenty of restaurants/gas etc within half a mile or less, loved the elevated wood ceilings

This place is the best. I forgot my computer mouse in the room. They called me and we made plans for me to pick it up when I came back in 2 weeks. I have the mouse. Thank you America's Best.
