This place offers good customer service. I usually go through the drive-thru. They get to you pretty fast. It's a good place to bank I would recommend it to everyone.

Friendly staff, may need an appointment for certain financial assistance.

I have banked with the credit union for about 28 years and have always experience professional service from all of them in Sandstone.

Everyone is so friendly I always feel welcomed going in there and through the drive-thru.

The only Bank I have used for over 25 years.

I typically don't use this bank even though I have an account. I've had some bad run ins with my money being placed in other people's accounts, etc. So I needed a debit card and so forth. The gal I worked with was more than helpful, very concerned that I was informed of the technical difficulties that happened, and she got me my card. She was very kind and professional. Waiting 10 minutes is much easier than waiting 2-3 weeks.

I log onto the app with facial identification. I have logged onto the app several times successfully today using this method. Now out of the blue it won’t work. It says I have to call customer service which isn’t open until Monday. I can’t even reset my password online. This credit union seems to strive to be the least customer friendly business. Terrible hours and technology.

Closes the Hinckley office to build a new office in sandstone where they had an office already. Be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time in the drive through every single time you go there

This bank is terrible & racist. My family has been profiled by them since we opened up. DO NOT bank with them. Worst decision EVER
