As always the crew at Elite took great care of me, bike died on the way back from Memphis and after a quick once over they were able to diagnose my issue and get me back on the road in no time... in addition I dropped the machine off in total disarray and when I picked it up, to my surprise, shiny as a new penny!!! Thank you Todd, Mike and the crew @Elite!!

Overall very pleased w Elite Cycles after they looked over and repaired my XL1200C. Took a little longer than expected to get fixed BUT they did it right and I’m happy w how it went. Only gave them 4 stars because when i got home with my bike i looked it over in the light and it was really greasy and dirty. Fingerprints and greasy hand marks all over the areas that were addressed especially the CHROME rims, had they just cleaned it up a bit it would be a full on 5 star review. Thanks for the hat as well!

Still on the fence .just talked a bit with Todd abt some work.i can see that there's no limit with him. I'm glad he took the time to just talk. That was cool .some nice biks in the shop. I'm not sure abt pricing (CU$TOM). Is not cheap . I would hope affordable
