Wow, I never knew a DMV could be so fast and friendly. 3 minutes from the time we pulled into parking lot till the time we left!! Got 3 stickers. It was like they knew we were coming!

Went to the sparta location for so info on stuff for my son in military service. And got the rude guy and no answers or help, he just said go online. Drove straight up to the Nashville location and they readily helped. Giving me the documents needed, explained how and what was needed, and general pleasant and helpful additude.

Great experience today!!! I planned on having a long wait, at least an hour. But I walked right up to the window, got my sticker, got my driver's licence renewed and was out in my car in less than 15 minutes!!!! Kudos to the nice and efficient staff today!

Incredibly helpful staff, calm and friendly atmosphere. The staff communicates well between themselves and their customers. The music they played while waiting for help was nice too!

Very friendly staff. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Only downside was I would have liked a "3..2..1 countdown" when taking my picture...but did not receive one..therefore leaving me with a double chin on my license! 😂😂

I've been dreading having to get my new ID during Covid, and was impressed with this DMV location. It was a 90 min roundtrip drive for me but totally worth the drive to get there and practically in and out within 15mins. Highly recommended.

Ive had to go to this drivers facility several times. Each time..while there was many people waiting, the workers moved thru the different issues quickly and were very friendly. Ive never waited more than 30 minutes.

Drove out here from O'fallon, IL. Well worth it as the ladies were very nice and helpful. My daughter had to get her drivers license and we were in and out within 30 minutes! Thank You for the first good experience in an IL DMV office

Employees were friendly and very efficient. I even saw them help an elderly lady put on her new license plate tags, now that is what I call great customer service!

Before going to this Department of Motor Vehicles location, I was under the impression that the DMV is just a terrible experience with rude staff. However, after receiving my driver's license, I have come to learn the staff is very friendly and I have nothing but praise for this location.
