Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We have stopped in several times this week, every time the service has been excellent! The employees are doing a great job of keeping the place clean and neat. Everyone is courteous and ready to help with anything you need. Seems like management is doing it right in this place, and I appreciate it!

I've been to this location many times over the years. Very friendly service & great food. That chicken strip basket (with gravy) was delivered by God.

Everything was great. At 1st they were going to charge me 80 cents for just a drizzle of chocolate sauce on my strawberry sundae. I had them take it off. I couldn't see paying for a drizzle. When they brought my sundae, they did in fact drizzle some chocolate on top. That was very nice!! Thank you so much for that. We will be back. The ranch dressing was some of the best and the fries were hot and delicious!

Meal looks like the poster. Never been to a fast food restaurant that makes the order look like it should. Nice job.

Order was correct and quick. Very nice people. Community oriented business - collecting money for a local family's 2 funerals for their young daughters killed in an automobile accident recently.

Staff was super polite and friendly. Employee downtime they were cleaning. Food and blizzard were good!!

Very busy place but they was very fast moving. Dine in is open.

My experience is that the food is delicious hot and fresh off the grill. The burgers and eats don't taste totally like fast food 😋 and the treats are to die for. One of the better fast food joints put in the 🌍.

So very thankful for the workers here. My husband was having a super low and I told one of the girls working she quickly ran a got him a soda so I could take it out to him. The store was packed.( I am very thankful to this young lady! ) I went back in to place our order. Everyone was very kind and the food was great. Also we are from out of town so the way we was treated ment alot!

Very nice employees. Offered a doggie treat for my dog. Only drive thru open because, just like everywhere, not enough employees.

The food was good and served hot and fresh. We had delicious ice cream afterwards. They offer indoor seating as well as patio seating. I only wish they still served ski.

This may well be the cleanest and best organized DQ anywhere. The food and atmosphere never dissappoint us. We travel extensively and all food establishments seem to be compared to this DQ

I liked the cheeseburger and I ordered a side salad with the tastiest french dressing and a large Mr pibb. It was all very good.

Thing only reason for 3 stars on atmosphere is that you still are not able to eat in. Maybe one day.

Great shop. Not the fastest, but it's ALWAYS fresh, hot and made right. Friendly faces and great kids every time I'm there!

Dairy Queen in Carlyle Illinois is the place to be especially during the lights at the park around Christmas. They make their signature piper blizzard and OMG it is delicious

The ONLY thing I will miss in Carlyle. The entire staff is always AMAZING. Lunch, Dinner or a late dessert, you cannot go wrong.

Editing and raising to 5 stars because they have more friendly staff and if they screw up they are quick to fix it. Food is really good too.
