Doc Wells and staff always treat you and your pets like family. They be been taking care of my dogs for years, and have always been amazing.

Get Wells has been my family’s go-to-vet for over 20 years. I trust them completely and love how much they care for their patients!

Always friendly,come here because our cat needs a special food and they always have it on hand or can get it in few days.

We wanted to change veterinarians for our 3 dogs and decided to try Get Wells. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor exceeded our expectations. During both visits, we were never rushed and all of our questions were answered.

A Great and caring veterinarian

Great place, very understanding and compassionate, as well as knowledgeable. Vet had offhand knowledge of a condition my dog had that I've been trying to get diagnosed for years! And my doggo was examined thoroughly, even though he's 16 and it would have been easy to write some of his symptoms off due to age. He's now being treated for several conditions, and feeling SO much better. Grateful to have found this place.

Dr Wells is a great veterinarian who gives you honest advice. He specializes in large farm animals, but has been our vet for several family pets. He did a great job with our old country cat who was a brittle diabetic. He has helped us with our aging dogs to help them have a good quality of life. He clearly loves what he does and that makes all the difference. His office staff, which includes his wife are very friendly and helpful. We moved to a different county, but continued to drive nearly an hour one way to go to Get Wells.

I love taking my pets to Get Wells everyone is super friendly and so very helpful with any questions I have and Dr. Wells is excellent with my fur babies he treats them as one of his own and he asks about how they are doing when he might see us out and about out of the office. Dr. Wells truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Wells really cares about your pet. They've been there for us through many ups and downs while helping us with our fur babies. Been with Get Wells for over a decade and plan to continue for many more!

I’ve been to Get Wells all 19 years of my life for several of my dogs; Ozzy, Bella and, currently, Stella. I even volunteered/worked there for a summer and learned a lot from Dr. Wells. After Bella died back in 2009, my goal has been to be a veterinarian. While I am currently in the process of doing so at UIUC, I want to thank Get Wells and Dr. Wells for teaching me, showing me what it takes, and being good people. Dr. Wells remembers our pets and cares about them. You can tell he loves what he does because he always makes conversation about how things are going. They will be your friend while also showing professionalism. Dr. Wells is honest about situations, very organized, and very friendly. Best veterinarian around, and I hope I can be like him once I finish college and get my DVM as well.
