Madison Park Apartments

I just moved in yesterday, and I am truly amazed by the customer service, and the dedication from all the property management staff here at Madison Park. I was a property manager in Downtown Denver for a few years and just relocated to Alabama and the team here with Shannon, Dustin, and Jennifer have made my families move in experience our best to date! Everyone at this property is transparent, honest, friendly, helpful and really made my move in extremely easy and comfortable. The apartment I am renting exceeds my expectations. It is very clean, and so is the property itself. My family is very excited to call Madison Park our new home!

I love my apartment! The floor plan is fantastic and spacious, it’s in a great location that’s nice and quiet and tucked away from all the chaos of Madison. I love that it’s very calm and quiet and I feel like it’s a safe place for my children to play outside and ride their bikes around. The amenities are fantastic and really make the apartment feel like home. There is also a fantastic noise barrier system that I’ve never experienced in any other apartment that allows you to not listen to your neighbors above you stomp around! Hannah W. Is awesome! From the moment I met with her she was incredibly kind and forthcoming. She really hooked me up, she answered any and all questions I had immediately and offered great advice, service, and suggestions she really held my hand along the whole process of getting approved, familiar with the complex and it’s amenities and ready to move in during a very stressful time in my life. Honestly I would recommend anyone that comes to Madison Park SPEAK WITH HANNAH, she was truly an amazing godsend that has made this an incredible experience!

Claudia and Jessica are wonderful. They made my move in process so simple and seamless. They were always readily available for whatever questions or concerns(not that I had any) when is came to move in inquiries. So far I love the community and am looking forward to community events and spending ample time here!

I needed to retire and move very quickly last fall from Indiana to Madison to help care for my grandchildren during this crazy pandemic.
Taylor Drake became my contact in finding an apartment quickly and efficiently at Madison Park apartments. She has been an absolute blessing walking me through all of the processes. Anytime I've had ANY questions throughout this past year, she has answered them courteously and promptly. I know I can count on her for any help I may need. She is a fantastic model of what customer service is all about; she's a gem--don't lose her!! The apartment is wonderful! I love the layout of the space, the landscaping is just beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the pool is crystal clear... always! I've lived in many apartments across the U.S. and this has been the best!

I moved to Alabama from Northern Va and have been living at Madison Park Apartments for 2 months VA. Jessica in The Leasing Office was extremely helpful especially with all of my questions and there were a LOT especially since I was living in VA, My daughter lives in Huntsville and I relied on her to “check” things out and she relied on Jessica . Thank you Jessica…. You I truly appreciate you!

I have loved my experience at Madison Park Apartments! There is an abundance of amenities, the apartments are spacious, and the staff is great! Especially Taylor Drake! Taylor has been so kind and is always so quick to respond and assist with all my questions! I am very happy that this is the place I landed when moving across country.

I have been a resident @Madison Park Apartments since 2018. Great apartment, great maintenance, great ambiance, and most importantly, friendly staff ( Taylor and Kristen). They always greet me with a smile and are the best at what they do. The maintenance staff, Bill, is very helpful and fixes any maintenance issues like a pro.

Love my stay here. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We have lived here for two years and had nothing but great experiences! The pricing is good, especially for the area. Taylor Drake, the assistant manager in the office, is awesome! She has always been such a big help and always has a smile on her face when I see her. She even helped me load a heavy package from the office into my car once! The office staff as a whole has always been friendly and welcoming, but Taylor goes above and beyond for the residents at Madison Park Apartments.

I've been working with Jessica since starting the application and she has been incredibly helpful. Other places were more than willing to take the application fee, but having to call / email multiple times in a week to get any response or update let me know it would only be worse AFTER we were in a lease. I'm grateful for Jessica's assistance and can't wait to move in.

I moved here from California and Taylor Drake has been wonderful! Any question I have she promptly answers without hesitation. The complex is kept up and looking beautiful. The apartments themselves are spacious. I had one with a sunroom made the apartment feel much bigger. I was nervous about bring my dog but he was welcomed with open arms which I appreciated! Thank you Taylor for all the awesome work you do!

This is where I call home. Living here, I don't think ever want to buy a house. I love it here. It is so nice and quiet. The staff are amazing. Taylor and Kristen are so wonderful and so sweet. They are always willing to help in anyway. I love them. The maintenance guys, Bill N. and Michael K. are awesome. When I put a maintenance request in, it is completed within 24 hours. Even with Covid-19 happening, they get the job done with mask and gloves on. My air conditioner went out in my apartment, they replaced it with a new one. They also put a portable air conditioner in my apartment overnight until the parts came in the next day. These apartments are amazing. The neighbors are friendly, not mention it is gated. Home Sweet Home!

Could not be more impressed with Madison Park! In my first week I have met three other of my neighbors and helped them move in!! Kali is the new property manager, she really was a reason why it was so easy to choose this complex. Gated community, respectful residents, quality apartments. Just what I am looking for!

Madison Park has been my home for some time now and it is truly a wonderful place to live. The community is quiet and peaceful, community events are creative and fun, and the amenities offered . But what I truly appreciate about Madison Park is the incredible staff, particularly Kristen and Taylor! They have always been able to resolve any issues I may have had. They go above and beyond to enhance my living experience and have made it all the more enjoyable. If you're in need of a place to stay, Madison Park is the place to be!

I have lived here for over 6 years now and still love it. The amenities feel like a resort in your own back yard. But what makes this place extra special is the office staff, especially Taylor Drake the assistant manager. What ever needs I have are addressed immediately. If I call and leave a message with a concern or question I have she gets back to me in a very short time. When I do stop in the office I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly disposition. I have heard horror stories of other management offices and have to say Taylor is one of the factors that keep me renewing my lease. It is a home atmosphere not a rented apartment thanks to Taylor and the rest of the staff.

I moved to Madison Park in 2019 and Taylor Drake at the leasing office was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Since then I have not been disappointed with the service I have received from her or any of the other staff in the leasing office or maintenance. Also, the apartment itself is great and feels like home. I would recommend that anyone looking for an apartment in the area to at least check Madison Park out.

I lived at Madison Park for 5 years and only moved due to relocation. The property is beautiful and well kept. Everyone I dealt with in the front office was always nice and helpful. Maintenance was quick and friendly also. I had a great experience. As someone who reads reviews in making my decisions I wanted to leave this one to help anyone looking to potentially move here. Do it, you won't regret it!

I moved in a week ago and it already feels like home. The staff is very easy to work with and very pleasant when you need help or information. This was a very good move for me and I plan on being here for many years to come.

This is one of the best communities I’ve ever lived, it’s home for me, and I’ve loved here 10 years!! It’s quiet, clean, neat, and the landscaping is gorgeous, but the best part is the office staff, they go above and beyond the call of duty, lol!! You’ll never regret living here!!

I loved my experience getting our apartment here Kristen is awesome !!! And she had a smile and was so nice the whole time she was showing me the unit we move in September 14th and because of my experience with her I am so excited for this new adventure with my husband!!! Thank you Kristen for being so nice and taking the time to show me around

I LOVE these apartments esp how quickly Bill in maintenance responds to work orders. I place a work order and usually within half hour to hour (and most times quicker ) Bill has item repaired. Thank you Bill. AWESOME job
