Twilight Medical Clinic

I had my first visit yesterday as a new patient to become established with this office and the nurse practitioner, Morgan, who I had been a patient of at a previous office.
From the front desk to the back office, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming! I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room area and also in the patient room. I would highly recommended this office for anyone looking for a new family physician!

I have been a patient for serval years at this clinic & they have ALWAYS treated me with respect & honesty. The staff is helpful & knowledgeable & compassionate. Dr. Smallwood is a very kind man who is willing to comfort his patients. The new OBGYN is FANTASTIC! She a lovely woman & will take care of your reproductive needs quickly & professionally. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town. Thank y'all for how good you've always been to me. ❤ The review from Lydia is inaccurate. This Medical facility is absolutely top notch. My daughter lives in England and was home for three weeks. She developed a severe infection and has no US health insurance. We took her to Twilight knowing we would have a big bill but knowing we had to get her well. The staff was wonderful with her. They did a little "minor surgery" to clean out the infection and saw her two more times to repack the wound. They even came in on a day they were closed to make sure it wasn't getting infected. And their charges were very reasonable. It's obvious that this clinic exists to bless others with excellent health care in the best way they possibly can. I have seen them a few times as well and I alway receive excellent care. The whole staff is wonderful. I fully recommend them and I won't use anyone else for my family's urgent care needs.

TOC uses this clinic for clearance for surgery. What a pleasant surprise! The clinic is clean, everyone is so nice! I think I have found my doctors office! Thank you all!!!!!

Excellent service from the whole staff.
I arrived for a Covid test. I waited less than 30 minutes before going back and immediately seeing the NP.
I opted for the test that gives results in 1-2 days. I was there less than an hour.

Friendly receptionists and physicians.
I plan to go back to this place.
Waiting room and exam rooms were both very clean. Easy parking and access to Hwy 72.
Recommended.

Thank you to the entire staff! I went in,almost in tears,with neuropathy pain. They took such good care of me. Tuesday I was bent over in so much pain and Wednesday feeling 90% better and back to work. Again,Thank you!! Would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Smallwood and his staff are friendly and caring. He has went above and beyond for my children. If you want a doctor that listens and cares this office I highly recommend! We use them primarily now.

I took my son here and this is the first doctors office in Alabama that I honestly trust and being from Texas that says alot! The staff and doctor here are amazing, they take their time and make sure that they give the right diagnosis!! Also they try not to have you waiting every long to see the doctor. I highly recommend this practice!!

Stan and the staff at twilight medical are great. They went above and beyond for me today to make sure I recieved the care I needed. They are friendly and get you in and out as soon as they can.
